I gave my overall rating a 7, because I’m an officer for the Japanese Club at my school and am preparing for J-Pop performances to be done by our club for the Multicultural Dance Event. I didn’t pay for expedited shipping, because I can’t afford to pay so much from my own money and so I contacted Custom Ink about getting at least just the dancer’s crewnecks and was provided with extremely great customer service by a representative named Jonathon.. He was super sweet enough to waiver about $13 and use that to change the shipping to expedite. Not only did my crewnecks arrive extremely early before our event, but the member’s shirts also arrived! And because our club is so unorganized and I’m doing almost all the work despite being a low ranked officer, we had to order late and all, so this was a huge help! I am forever grateful that Custom Ink could provide us with such an experience! Thank you!

I was extremely pleased with my experience. I created the shirts as a surprise for my boyfriend because he participated in a 46 hour dance marathon at Penn State. We all loved the shirt and the quality, and customink made it such a pleasing experience.

I have been using Custom Ink for my Dance Studio Swag for a while now. The process is easy, turn around time is efficient and the end product is always as I expected or better. The price point is a little high BUT not without grounds. I have tried to order via t-shirt companies (store front/face to face) and the process is overwhelming and costly for small runs. Custom Ink is the way to go for small runs, for ease of ordering and quality of production.

This whole process has been amazing! We used Custom Ink’s group order option to get our parents some gear for the season and we loved it! Customer service was also very helpful in making sure our logo was just right and they stuck to our deadline! Now our team parents have shirts to wear to all of our events!
