I initially contacted custom ink and my boss was not pleased with the quote of $1.10 per cup. He made me call 3 other companies. Yes they offer a cheaper cup but their customer service and turn around time for proofs is ridiculous! So then I convinced him to try customink because I believe you get what you pay for. Boy was I right. I was still going back and forth with the other company's art department when I just placed a phone call, sent my proofs, placed my order and received my cups all within a 10 day time span. I just got my refund back and I've been dealing with them for a month now. So needless to say, my boss is pleased and it was money well spent.

I am unsure who owns this company, and moreover WHO trains the staff, but please let them know should they want jobs that they can reach me on my mobile number at 757-618-3920. I have to deal with people, companies, all day. Business Development for our foundation falls under me also. NEVER have I seen such a happy, energetic, dedicated staff anywhere. From the first call, to artists, to production people to customer service. Whoever is running this ship needs to own Cunard Lines....if they don't...they will head that or Xerox one day. Everything was perfect. I was in a time crunch with a band of 172 students. Shirts were on time and customer service was excellent working on the design with me. Design was done in day via emails and phone calls and I had the shirts a week before I needed them. Packing was excellent too. Shirts were in plastic bags just in case the boxes got wet!

Beyond words excited that I was able to get the t-shirts the day before the reunion instead of the Monday after like the original order stated. the only downside to my experience is that customink artists are always changing my artwork without authorization. i'm a professional, which should be evident by the very manner in which i send my files, and if i send a design, that is completely, positively, exactly how i want it to look. it's absolutely maddening to me that customink artists think they know better than me how MY designs for MY clients should look. if the artists have a question, or there may be a printing issue, they are free to call me before changing my art, but so far, they haven't done so -- so i always lose a day in turnaround because they have changed something and subsequently have to go back to my original design. that being said, customink customer service has been gracious in dealing with me each time i have called to discuss this.

You guys make it too easy ! I picked a shirt and played with the design and ordered the product. It arrived on the exact day you said and everything was right ! I know that " ordering online" is supposed to be easy and painless ; but it rarely is. Your company was the exception. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone !

This was my first time to use CustomInk. My daughter set up the design and worked with her other team mates to finalize it. Then, she turned over the ordering responsibility to me. I got all of the size count and placed the order. As things happen, right after my order was placed, I received messages from parents wanting more shirts. I called CustomInk and was greeted by very gracious people on the other line reassuring me that adding shirts to the order was fine. This actually happened 3 times (the same day) and each time I was greeted with a great customer service person! We put a rush order on it and I received the box, right on time! The team came over that night to get their shirts to wear the next day, which was the first game of the district season. Needless to say, I will not hesitate to use CustomInk the next time I need shirts. I was hoping for a chance to brag on the great service and shirts that I received!!
