Great experience all around. Our customer service rep Vicki was amazing and extremely helpful! i mentioned to her that i wish i could have the shirts by a specific date however the estimated delivery date was a week later. However Vicki made it happen and i got my shirts the day i needed the By, a whole week earlier than i was expecting!

The service was great, our shirts with custom fonts were finalized and approved within a few hours of being submitted. After being shipped they were here within 5 days, although UPS left the box outside the house in the middle of the day, I had to get a neighbour to go grab it so the box didn't get wet from the snow. The shirts look great, very professional looking.

I spent about three hours designing my Bamboo shirt. It came out really good. I was very excited when my package came a day early in the mail, I wasn't expecting it on that day. I made a quick design on the website, then called the 800 number. CustomInk brought up my design made a few suggestions and I placed the order. The proof was sent to me the next day, shirts were delivered a day ahead of the scheduled date and made me a hero to my Sunday School flag football team!

The estimated delivery day was Dec 24 and it arrived ON Dec 24. Whew! And the shirt looked fantastic: crisp, quality printing on a soft, opaque shirt. As a Christmas present, it was a huge hit.

Wow! Just Wow. This was a reorder and we loved using the online sign up. Would love to see a way to pay for the items individually online as well. (I heard from one of your reps that you are working on that.) I appreciated the support when I wanted to add "just one more shirt" to the order. They were promised on a Monday and I got them on the Friday before. Loved that the shirts were packed in plastic just in case of rain (since the boxes did sit out on my porch all day). I hope we can make another re order very soon. LOVE Custom Ink! Gotta say, I love that smiley orange octopus too! cute logo!

I would like to applaud you and your staff for the fine work that you do. it is a difficult thing to run a business, we know we are small business people. and to maintain an exceptionally high customer service level on a consistent basis is really tough. but you guys do it all the time. I don't know how you do it, I don't know your business model . My 12 year old daughter designed the shirts we bought for a family vacation. The website was very easy for her to navigate. The shirts came out great. When the package arrived the box was placed on our front stoop. It was a rainy day and I was concerned that the items inside might be wet. To my PLEASANT surprise, the shirts were wrapped in plastic with a note - because the weather is unpredictable, we wrapped your shirts in plastic to keep from any damage. That was great. I would definitely recommend CustomInk and use them again.
