From the moment I begin designing my CustomInk orders, I feel excited. My excitement stems from knowing that from day one, my order will be taken care of in a highly professional and timely manner. Your website makes it so easy to design my shirts, unlike other sites which are confusing and not at all user-friendly. CustomInk puts the CUSTOM in custom T-shirt design, because the customer can truly design their shirts any way they like. I also like that you don't place order minimums on your customers. After all, why should I be subject to some big manufacturer's minimums when I only need between 12 and 18 custom shirts with each order. The other major factor in my decision to repeatedly return to CustomInk, is that my customer service needs are fulfilled completely every time I call. It doesn't matter who I reach on the phone - any customer service representative at CustomInk can pick up where I left off with the last agent. They understand their business, their company, and their jobs - the customer service team at CustomInk should truly be a model for customer service teams everywhere. Whether I remain teaching and buying shirts for my theatre club, or move on to something else - CustomInk has my business for life!

Customer service was great! Everyone seemed happy to help, the only comment is that I responded by e-mail to approve our sample (granted right at the time the rep had said she was leaving that Friday) but the approval was not processed when I called Monday morning, and that put us in jeopardy of having them pushed a day late, BUT we got them on time, and now I know to allow for the sample to be delivered and approved! :)

Seriously, guys...every order I've put in has been a pleasure. You catch my mistakes and notify me within hours and I always get my product before the estimated date. If you were a day, you'd be Thursday. Still productive and getting shit done, but also bringing in donuts for the coworkers and planning which club you were gonna hit up on the weekend. I am blown away by the customer service. We were doing a fundraiser for a friend's 18 month old baby that was born with a heart defect. After the order was placed and the proof was approved, baby Zane gained his wings. I called Custom Ink the next morning and Brittany immediately emailed her manager to see if we could add the dates to the magnets. Within 30 minutes, I was sent a new proof with the dates. The order arrived, 5 days early (which happened to be the day after the funeral), and 5 extra magnets are included at no charge. I cannot thank Custom Ink enough for the outstanding service that was provided. Zane's parents loved the magnets and our fundraiser was a huge success for them. We will be placing another order soon for more of these magnets. Thank you again, so much, for everything this company did for us!

Very good experience. The one short hiccup of not being able to get the shirts here until one day later was totally acceptable due to the good customer service I received. The women I talked to was polite but very assuring to the point where I wasn't upset at all about that, especially because the quality of the shirts was really good when they got here and made the small extra wait very worth it. First time using CustomInk for a huge order and overall it was a very good experience.
