The associates I spoke with online were extremely helpful, and I never had to wait very long for assistance. The shirts even got delivered a day earlier than anticipated. I had a great experience.
The product exceeded my expectations--particularly, considering that my logo was of low-resolution and the customer service rep suggested the art department redraw it. She warned me that it would not be exact; however, I cannot tell any difference! The logo and printing are virtually flawless. I will certainly use CustomInk again! I have NOTHING negative to say about my experience! I actually forgot to place orders for 2 shirts, and I was completely devastated, but Custom Ink saved the day! The Customer Service Representative I explained my situation to genuinely wanted to help me with my problem, and now I'm currently waiting on my self-inflicted belated t-shirts to come in 3 DAYS after my original order! Two orders, the second of which shows happy we were with the first. Product is excellent. Service is prompt, even bumped our already rushed delivery day to accommodate our schedule.
I believe the lady's name I spoke with was Kathy (Nevada) and she was great! The shirts arrived yesterday, earlier than expected, and I love them all. I will definitely order more some day, and recommend you to others.
The quality of the shirts overall and the screenprint quality looked really good. Colors were bright. My daughter was so excited to finally get her shirt. (Kids could not make up their minds about a design and when to order.) I loved how CustomInk was able to add white to some elements on my design to make all of images more uniform. The only negative thing was that the placement of the design on some of the shirts was off, but most of the kids would not notice so it's okay. Loved how I could see what my pricing was as I went along. Kids were on a budget and did not want to spend a ton, but they were glad to get the shirts to wear before their last big band competition. The speed of delivery was awesome! I received in one business day after it shipped.
I originally ordered all (L) just to get a price quote on our plain shirts with NO screen printing. When I was ready to order, I included the different sizes needed, but some how it didn't save (I even checked again before the final step in the ordering process). I also paid for express shipping because I needed the shirts by October 30th. Once I realized the sizes were not correct, I immediately called and spoke to Blair and not only did she change the sizes for me, but refunded the express shipping charge because she was certain we would receive the shirts way before October 30th...well I received the shirts, much to my surprise, the very next day!!!! I am more than saitisfied...THANKS Blair, you're the BEST!!!!

My greatest complaint is that of the shipping and arrival: I was told throughout the design process that I would get these shirts October 21. I was ordering them for an event held the next day, October 22 at 2pm. The proofing process took longer than expected which made me worry about the deadline. I admit, I had to ask for several edits to be made, but was assured at each edit I would still get the shirts on Tuesday Oct. 21. Whenever I got an email saying they were editing/revisiting the shirt design to make it exactly what I wanted, I found their estimation of getting a final proof to me over-optimistic. Instead of getting it "shortly" as stated in the emails, I would get it anywhere from 4-12+ hours later on a couple of accounts. (The best scenario was working with Timothy Lund who made corrections on the phone with me and sent me links to the edited version immediately while on the phone!). My suggestion is the team should have been more up-front with me or given a truer estimation of time as to when I'd hear back instead of "shortly", as was not usually the case with the proofs. Again, each time I made sure they could guarantee me arrival of Oct. 21st and each time I was promised it! (I can supply those emails if you're interested in proof). My greatest disappointment with my experience: I received the shirts on Weds. 22 AFTER the event was already completely over (after 3:30pm). I was extremely disappointed and, to be honest, frustrated for all the times I asked for confirmation of arrival date to be Tuesday and it was guaranteed. I was distracted all morning long waiting to get word by text that the shirts had arrived instead of being 100% focused on the events before me. The final email I had received from your team said I would receive the shirts "on or before Weds. Oct. 22" which went against all I had previously been promised of a definite arrival Tues. 21. I'd like to request that we be refunded the extra cost it was to get the express shipping considering the shirts did not arrive on time. Please email me back at MOS@Alliancenet.org and let me know if this will be done. Thanks! Please note that I didn't have a terrible experience with your company or staff. I do think your customer service is some of the very best and I, myself, work in the customer service industry full-time at my other job, so I'd like to think I have some credibility here. However, I will not use CustomInk if I am ever in a pinch or need something quickly as was the case this time. The product itself was perfect, but that becomes irrelevant when it doesn't arrive on time. I hope this was helpful to you and your staff - I'm a big fan of doing things better and think it very good that you offer this opportunity for customers to share their experiences… the good, the bad, and the ugly. You'll surely flourish all the more because of your offering these opportunities and implementing the suggestions.
