Overall fantastic, fantastic service. Website was super easy to use, great price point, free shipping, someone texted me the next day about my order and the proofs looked great, and then they were shipped immediately. I ordered my individually personalized shirts on a Saturday and had them that Thursday. And, to top it off, they look absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be using customink.com again! Overall, very good experience. I will say, though, that when I would go to the "tracking" link, it didn't always have the most up-to-date information. My son was very eager to get his shirt :), so when I would go in to check status, it seemed to be on "Printing" a good while. Then the next day I went in and the status seemed to revert to the "Approval" stage, so that made me a bit nervous. But then I did get an email saying the shirt had shipped. Thanks, he is thrilled!

I found the website to be easy to use and once I decided on the design the process was very fast. Even though they had to ok the design with the school the process was very fast. I also appreciate that they went over the design and adjusted it so it looked good on the shirt. Then when I got the email to let me know they were on the way, I got them the next day!

Everything is great! Especially with customer service. Love how you can chat woth an actual person. Only thing i dis not like was shipping. It guarantees to delivery on a certain day or before but most, if not all, my orders have been later than the guarantee date. Please fix!!

It was a last minute idea that was executed beautifully with many thanks to the Custom ink staff!!! I had noticed a "typo" after placing the order when I was showing it to my daughter the next day (okay my daughter noticed it, LOL) and the staff was able to make the correction on this RUSH order in such a pleasant way!!

I have personally used CustomInk 3 times and have had a great experience each time. This time especially, I was able to use the chat function and work with a representative on mixing my shirt order. He was very helpful, providing his expertise and recommendations. I placed the order that same day and the shirts came the following week! Almost one full week ahead of schedule. This is even including a minor adjustment I made after receiving the proofs of my t-shirts (your rep was very helpful in adjusting the font as requested). I will definitely use CustomInk again as well as recommend it to others.
