We purchased a set of tees for our firefighter family "4 Generations" reunion in early June. The simplicity of designing online and the entire ordering process was a breeze. We will definitely be return customers.

I ordered a Hoodie thats in honor of My Brother a Firefighter who at the moment is fighting California's Huge Wildfires and You went above and beyond Your staff even emailed Me to send well wishes to My Family

My brother was thrilled. As a volunteer firefighter for a rural fire house this custom one of a kind hoodie was exactly what he wanted. We were able to use the photos from the drafts option email (very cool) to make it exactly the way he wanted, I was beyond pleased! He received it right after our dad passed away and honestly it made me feel so happy to know that this gift was on its way to make him smile. Thank you so much for your excellent service and company! Will use this service again! I am already planning on another order for the rest of my family.

I enjoyed my experience creating the perfect T-shirt for my firefighter boyfriend. I loved how easy it was to navigate the website and the many different options I had on colors and images.

I am a repeat customer here at CustomInk. I have never had a bad experience in fact each time I use the site I just have that much more to say positive about the company. From orders of individual shirts for my parents (it's hard to find stuff for the father of a firefighter) to our most recent order of 10 for a Christmas party event. Great work as always, not a negative thing for me to say.

No doubt CustomInk occasionally hears from those customers who may not be satisfied with the service experience they receive while placing an order…you should also hear from those who have experienced excellent service. Having a career in the California Fire Service that has ranged from Entry-level Firefighter through Battalion Chief, I understand technical expertise, and quality service. What can I say…Katherine Gibson is great!! Not only did she spend the time and apply the expertise required to address my multiple questions regarding six (6) different designs, her eagerness to do so coupled with substantial product knowledge allowed me to finalize the order. As a first-time CustomInk customer, I’m overjoyed with the support Katherine provided me, not to mention doing so with personality and verve. Props to any organization that recognizes and rewards such talent and commitment, and which supports professional growth in individuals like Katherine, thus fostering future successes for both company and individuals alike. And not to forget, Casey Maxwell was great in helping me obtain a survey link…not to mention asking if I needed any other assistance. Way to go Casey!

I thinking you need more pic.. you do have a lot of pic and i my not have seen them but i think all the pic should be in the same place and be better placed then what you got it I'm a firefighter and it was don't every easy to do and find

the colors on the front lettering is extremely faded and I have an oil like stains on it right out of packaging. I'm happy and disappointed at the same time, it was easy to design and use the shirt design program from your online site but at the same time getting a faded lettered shirt with stains I could have had made here in town kinda turned me off. I wanted to do something for our firefighter challenge July 5th next year but f its like this ehhhhh..... the question Would you order from us again at the bottom is 50/50 if I'm going to make a large order like a previously said

I got this for my boyfriend.. it was a perfect gift. He is training to be a firefighter and this allowed me to get him a great looking shirt with his name on it... I was so so so satisfied. Thank you, Custom ink!

I was really happy with all the services that I recieved and that CustomInk did a follow up and kept me updated on my order. Also I was really surprised to recieve a email thanking me for my services as a firefighter, that was really thoughtful of them.

i can't express how great the quality of customer service was and how nice the hoodies turned out. as a firefighter you deal with people in the community every single day and if anyone has great social skills its the lades and gentlemen of custom ink. friendly, kind, and willing to hear what you need and how soon you need if. my friend passed away 5 months ago and these memorial hoodies put the biggest smile on my face and the individuals working at custom ink. I spoke to three representatives and all exceeded my expectations. with how touching this was i had all three representatives even offer me $20 off the order. it's kind gestures as such that make you want to spread the word about custom ink and continue to do business with them. I distributed the hoodies out yesterday and already have 10 + people that want to place an order. I can't thank Debbie, Elizabeth & Summer enough. you truly made my idea a success. Amazed at how incredible the quality of not only the shirt, but the printing. The staff took my design and made it look better than I ever could have imagined. The service I received over the phone ordering was extremely helpful. To top it off, I received a personal email from a staff member thanking me just for being a firefighter and the work we do. It was unexpected and I am extremely humbled and touched that someone would think to do that. Will definitely be placing all future orders from custom ink. Can't be anymore satisfied than I am with the whole process.

Your customer service folks are great so hang on to them. We were a little disappointed with the price of the reflective inks though. That would have helped a great deal with Firefighter safety. Keep looking for that ink so you could supply it for almost the same as regular inks. Otherwise you guys are the BEST! Thanks from the KANDAHAR CRASH FIRE RESCUE.

Very firefighter friendly and fast delivery for our immediate needs, but not happy about having to pay the additional ruch delivery fee. After I made the order with this company, I found out that a local screen printer would have done our job for alot less and would have had our product to us within 48 hours without any additional fees. This becomes critical in todays economy and especially with volunteer fire organizations who have to use their own personal funds to help their communities.
