I was really happy with all the services that I recieved and that CustomInk did a follow up and kept me updated on my order. Also I was really surprised to recieve a email thanking me for my services as a firefighter, that was really thoughtful of them.

i can't express how great the quality of customer service was and how nice the hoodies turned out. as a firefighter you deal with people in the community every single day and if anyone has great social skills its the lades and gentlemen of custom ink. friendly, kind, and willing to hear what you need and how soon you need if. my friend passed away 5 months ago and these memorial hoodies put the biggest smile on my face and the individuals working at custom ink. I spoke to three representatives and all exceeded my expectations. with how touching this was i had all three representatives even offer me $20 off the order. it's kind gestures as such that make you want to spread the word about custom ink and continue to do business with them. I distributed the hoodies out yesterday and already have 10 + people that want to place an order. I can't thank Debbie, Elizabeth & Summer enough. you truly made my idea a success. Amazed at how incredible the quality of not only the shirt, but the printing. The staff took my design and made it look better than I ever could have imagined. The service I received over the phone ordering was extremely helpful. To top it off, I received a personal email from a staff member thanking me just for being a firefighter and the work we do. It was unexpected and I am extremely humbled and touched that someone would think to do that. Will definitely be placing all future orders from custom ink. Can't be anymore satisfied than I am with the whole process.

Your customer service folks are great so hang on to them. We were a little disappointed with the price of the reflective inks though. That would have helped a great deal with Firefighter safety. Keep looking for that ink so you could supply it for almost the same as regular inks. Otherwise you guys are the BEST! Thanks from the KANDAHAR CRASH FIRE RESCUE.

Very firefighter friendly and fast delivery for our immediate needs, but not happy about having to pay the additional ruch delivery fee. After I made the order with this company, I found out that a local screen printer would have done our job for alot less and would have had our product to us within 48 hours without any additional fees. This becomes critical in todays economy and especially with volunteer fire organizations who have to use their own personal funds to help their communities.

The firefighter T-shirt market is quite big....you guys do a great job, and yet when I first looked for a provider, I passed your site up because it didn't look like the kind of place that would do a good quality fire department t-shirt....you may want to adjust your site to include fire department-specific stuff...you guys really did a great job.

I can't believe how simple it was to order custom t-shirts off the internet. My shirts arrived at my house in about a week. I am a firefighter near chicago and I have already informed the guys about customink. Firefighters are t-shirt fanatics. Thanks for the great service.
