This was a gift for a customer who frequents our dog grooming salon, she always stops in to see us and even gets us birthday cards. So to make a wonderful sweatshirt with them on it for her made all of us staff happy. Plus she cried three separate times when we gave it to her, best part of the whole thing was to see her so happy. Everything looks great and great customer service. One of your associates suggested I do a thin black outline so that the image would pop out more as the color of the shirt and the ink color were so close that the image wouldn't come out or that it would blend with the color of the shirt. I took him up on his suggestion of adding the black outline and I am so happy that I did. It looks great! This is private joke between my husband and I and I got this made for him as a Christmas gift, I think he will love it!

The shirt was meant as a gift for my daughter.....she has run marathons in all 50 states, the New York and Chicago Marathons, and the 2500 Anniversary of the Original Marathon, in Greece.........however, her FIRST Ironman 70.3 mile Race was in Tempe, Ariz. last Sunday (8 hr, 5min)..... thus the theme of the shirt......it arrived Saturday, after she had left for the race, so it was there for her when she returned........PERFECT.....she loved it, the colors and material, and the fit...the words MY PASSION , above right on the shirt, are hers....the RAMBLIN' ROSE on the lower left is my nickname for her......and the symbols for swimming, biking and running in the middle.......Again...PERFECT,.....and again many, many thanks to your staff, for patience and guidance....you made our day !

I needed to order a set of uniforms and crewnecks for my JV volleyball team, and we needed a special request for the design, so I called up Customer Service. Every single person I talked with on the phone was super nice, polite, and had great attitudes for people who work in call centers (which probably isn't too enjoyable). I found myself talking to about 10 different people (since whenever I called back that specific person was busy), but it wasn't a problem for any of them and they simply looked up my email or even knew by my phone number itself what to help me with and who to reach out to. I had many questions, and they were patient and helpful and seemed bashful to be thanked by me. Not only that, but my school always orders from this company because it's always so reliable - I had a misprint on uniform, but it was sent the day after and guaranteed, even with a gift voucher (with no expiration date) as an apology! I always got frequent emails and texts updating me on how my order was going even before the thought came to me each day. Incredible service, amazing flexibility, and their shirts never fail to be the quality we pay for. Customink is definitely our school's go-to company for customized school team and club apparels.

CustomInk has exceptional customer service. Your staff was extremely helpful in the design process of my product. Unfortunately, the quality of the product I just received was not good at all. This is my second order from you guys. The first was very good and looks incredible almost a year later. This second shirt looks like it's been through the was 100+ times already. The actual shirt was different than described, and the "ribbed" texture causes the image on the shirt to distort when stretched or moved. Very unsatisfied this time around and will be looking for a different company to use when making a gift for someone next time around.

The shirt itself is a pretty good fabric/feel. The printing looks like it is durable although I have not washed yet. The only thing I am disappointed with is the sizing, I am giving as a gift and it is very small so hoping it will still fit!

I have ordered shirts from Custom Ink several times and, as before, I have not been disappointed! The design lab is easy to use and the customer service is above and beyond! The design team was VERY HELPFUL in assisting me in making suggestions to improve my final design, which came out FABULOUS! Customer service also helped when I called concerned my order would not arrive before our event and made sure the shirts arrived in time as promised. I purchased the shirts for a family/gals weekend getaway and the girls were all very impressed and THRILLED with the design and quality of the shirts! (I included the shirts in gift bags for each one) We received many compliments on our matching shirts while out and about during our weekend get away. The shirts helped make the weekend a little more special with a shirt to remember the weekend for lasting memories! Thanks again Custom Ink! I am sure I will be a return customer and have told many people about Custom Ink!

The customer service aspect is very very good. But the online interface and sizing seems either to get lost in translation or the person printing the order is adjusting but this is the second time this has happened to me. It's frustrating to say the least. If I make something I want it to come as I made it, if it needs adjusting I'd rather see the proof first before. One image sent back to me I was told the image wasn't large enough but then she checked with someone else and it was able to be printed. So I am wondering if it has to do with size of machines, which is that is the case the online designer should have mandated restraint areas or warnings. If it's not the machines and its human adjustment then again I didn't get the product I designed for a gift.
