Custom ink is my go-to. I tell everyone to use the service. I wish there would have been a bigger notification that the koozie I was ordering was not neoprene - I would have switched to a neoprene product since koozies last way longer and are far better when neoprene. I’m sure I’ll order again from you guys. The printing is usually dead on and if it’s not you’ve always made it right.

I would not order Koozies from this site again. We went with Custom Ink purely because they had a font we wanted for our custom Koozie even though they were much more expensive than other sites. The Koozie printing was off-center on about half the products. The text also appeared smaller and less vibrant than the digital proof. Very expensive for a mediocre product that I'm kind of embarrassed to hand out at my wedding.

Did my design online and then went to the Custom Ink store and finalized it with sales associate, Hunter Gray. He was able to help me make my multi colored design work well on my t-shirts and then take it to one solid color for my can holders (koozies). Great experience!

I enjoyed how easy it was to use, the koozies, although very lightweight look fine, just disappointed you did not follow through on the color change.

Overall, my experience was okay with Custom Ink. Customer service was a bit frustrating when dealing with 4 different people about the same thing. The koozies we ordered for school actually arrived 2 days earlier than the guaranteed date. We were really hoping to have them to sell at our PT conferences and we did! There is not an option for "I don't know" if I would order again. I honestly am not sure if I would or not based on this first experience. I marked yes because I believe in second chances, but I am leery to do so.

I have purchased many items through Custom Ink for a Youth Football & Cheer team to sell in our spirit wear. I am incredibly pleased with everything I have received. Tee shirts, hoodies, beanies, ornaments, koozies and trucker hats...have all been great quality! We had one issue where an order did not have glitter on the logo and it should have....the service department immediately set up a new order for me to correct the issue and I received those items and they were perfect. Katrina Hagen in the Wayne, PA location has been my primary contact and she is wonderful. She follows up to make sure that I am happy with everything I order and is very responsive to any questions or concerns I have. I will absolutely continue to make purchases with Custom Ink.

The shirts and koozies met my expectations, shirts are comfortable the printing is top rate. the Koozies came out looking great with my logo on them. I would highly recommend you service.

We have been ordering from custom ink for years and have loved all the products! The quality of the tshirts, plastic drink ware, insulated water bottles and koozies were fantastic! Gorgeous looking and great quality!

They came shipped in a nice perfect size box. The print was the same as it was looking in the photos. Thank you for throwing in another 8 Koozies to my order of 60 koozies! I appreciate that!
