From the time I ordered these items from your company, I had high hopes that all would be done professionaly. You went above and beyond my expectaions and I am so proud that I ordered from you. Both orders, sweat shirt(USPS) and the koozies(UPS) arrived on the same day(5/15/13), two days earlier than promised. I had to call about the order about 2 days after I placed it, and your rep(can not remember his name) was helpful, and fixed a problem before it became one. Good eye. I can only express my thanks, and to tell you how happy I am with my order. Y'all do good work, and although I will not be around for the 100th reunion of my high school, I do hope to make orders to your valuable company in the coming years. The koozies came out great; however, I specifically asked for the foldable kind and was sent the foam kind. I was disappointed by that because I was not able to pack any of the koozies in my suitcase, so none of them made it home with me or the other fliers :(

We designed the Koozies and were sent follow-ups via e-mail. Once we placed the order, it was filled immediately and we received the items before the date we were promised. My husband was concerned that the graphics wouldn't show up too good, but it was perfect. I think if there had been something that didn't look just right to anyone in your company, we would have been contacted.

From the designing and ordering until receipt, the koozies were a easy purchase.

CustomInk was so user friendly! I loved the koozies we ordered!

I was in a rush to get some koozies printed for a benefit golf tournament for my son. I was thrilled when I was able to design them and still receive them in about 1 week. I didn't think there was anyway that could happen. Everyone at the golf tournament loved them.

My overall experience with CustomInk was fantastic! It was easy to upload my koozie design, place my order and talk with customer service about concerns I had with color combinations and sizing of the design. I was even reassured that my order would be delivered in less than two weeks which was very important to me since I need the koozies for my wedding. Working with CustomInk was so easy. We ordered these koozies as our wedding favors. I ordered from your website due to the ease of creating the product and seeing the finished product before I placed the order. I could really see what I was ordering. The number of pre-made graphics available to choose from were plentiful.
