Everything was fine to good except getting totally ripped off and my "product" lasted about 1 day. Even the printing on several of them was messed up to begin with, and then it washes off. What a waste of money.

As stated, I had some minor problems with the web interface for multiple images and purchasing them. But the very friendly agent (I think her name was Secret?) took care of all of my concerns by phone. It was very pleasing to reach a live knowledgeable person in CSR so quickly in this day and age of untrained foreign agents and wait times of 15 minutes or more. I would definitely your services again. One request would be for more form fitting men's t-shirt options with thinner but still high quality t-shirt material. Thanks!

The reason I ended up on your website was because the places where I planned to order a pre-designed tshirt from had bad reviews of quality and shipping on the BBB. I really wasn't even in the market to design my own. After seeing your tv commercial, I went to your website. Website was easy to follow, especially since I only needed a single shirt. Large selection of shirts and designs. Easy to design and save. Easy to order and track. It came in about half the time expected-awesome. Liked the guaranteed shipping times. It was a bit pricy for a single shirt, but nobody else has one like it. The only thing I couldn't figure out was how to place a single order for 3 different shirts (with a different design on each) from my saved designs. So I had to place 3 different orders on the same day.

It's hard to imagine a better way to get custom t-shirts. Maybe it will be invented one day. For now, CustomInk is incredibly user-friendly.

I walked into Custom Ink and was able to meet with a sales rep without having an appointment. Mimi was extremely helpful. She designed a great shirt right then and there. I was guaranteed fast shipping and my shirt arrived the next day. Awesome!

I was disappointed that my t-shirts arrived a day late despite paying an extra $46 for rush delivery. I was unable to use them for the team event for which I had ordered them. I had to improvise and buy some random t-shirts for my team to wear from Walmart. Now I have a box of t-shirts that are of no use to me. I don't think I can ask my team members to pay me back for the shirts, so I have essentially lost that money. I'm sure the t-shirts are great, but it would have been nice to get them on the day they were promised so I could have used them for the intended purpose.

This experience was amazing! We dealt with a few other companies to begin and had lots of issues of prices bouncing around and lots of time between returned emails. When we uploaded our designs to the website we were able to get a general idea of pricing before even speaking with anyone which was great to be able to discuss as a group so we had an idea of what we wanted. We did end up calling to get pricing on sleeve art, but the conversation was quick and painless. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful (and SO very friendly!). I loved the short wait times on the phone and the speedy assistance given. Our design was made a tad better by the customink design team (because we didn't know how to best screen print the design) and we saw what it would look like the day after ordering. The shipments all came in exactly when they said they would as well. We're excited to show off our shirts in a kickball tournament and trade souvenir koozies to members of other teams!

The design process was easy and painless - the hardest part was choosing among all the different options. I was also on a time crunch to get the shirts and was nervous about them arriving on time, but I was pleasantly surprised when they were delivered a day early, I really appreciated the prompt service.
