I hope this message finds you well. I recently received my order, and I must express my disappointment with the products. The shirts, upon arrival, differ significantly from what was displayed on the website. The color appears as neon green, which doesn't align with the expected shade, and the material quality seems subpar. Unfortunately, the shirts' appearance resembles that of a sanitary crew uniform, which is not suitable for my team and presents an unprofessional image. Regrettably, due to these discrepancies, I'd like to request a return for the shirts and a full refund for the purchase. I appreciate your attention to this matter and prompt assistance in processing the return and refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Please review logo vs. product and re-send with corrected orange color (it came out neon orange and was supposed to be burnt orange)

color and design placement were wrong. the color came out neon orange but my design submission was red. and the designs printed way too low on the shirt.

I designed and ordered team shirts for my family and friends to wear for my first marathon! The bright neon green will be perfect for spotting them in the crowd and it paired very well in real life with the teal lettering. It is a super comfortable shirt and is true to size. They were also delivered by the date indicated and all the right sizes came. I can hardly wait to see these shirts in action in just a couple weeks in Chicago!!

The Tahiti Blue/White option showed as a white shirt with cyan sleeves on my monitor. The product receiced was a gray shirt with neon light blue sleeves (like Nintendo Wii branding). While not the expected shirt xolors, the printing itself was fantasitc and I will likely return for future orders for more standard items/default color combos.

The Customer Service side of things was very good. However, the product itself was not anything close to what the proof showed. The colors are dull (rather than neon) and the logo is about half the size that it should've been. We have purchased from Custom Ink in the past without issue, but this order did not meet expectations and will be returned.

would order again next year...would like more options for neon print colors.

It was very easy to upload a design and put in customized names and numbers for each member of our flag football team for our church. The only thing I'd change is the selection of colors so that there are more neon or brighter options. The printed names and numbers were good quality, and the shirt feels nice. The delivery came at the expected date that it said it would on the site.

I received this shirt a couple days ago and am extremely disappointed in the way the colors turned out. The three colors - red, orange, and green - were supposed to be bright neon or fluorescent in brightness. The shirt I received had each of these colors looking dull and faded. I would like to have the shirt produced again with the proper colors. I am happy to return the existing shirt if needed. I am not looking for a refund, I am looking for the proper design colors on my shirt. Please advise.

this is an awesome platform to create personalized fits. i ordered a hat - i was most worried about the color of the embroidery thread (i chose the darker green) not being light enough; to my surprise it is lighter than pictured, but it wasn't neon so it wasn't the worst. i would appreciate if that change was made though because the green offered is trending but also classic and needs to have a darker green available. Aside from that bit the embroidery it self is SPOT ON, the font is exactly as expected from the software. another worry i had regarded the smaller image i had placed on back of design - and it came out amazing, the size did not compromise the design one bit - it can be done! the hat itself is great quality, would fit any head size and is adjustable. the only con to my order is the hats come with a designer sticker and a company sticker on the bill and when removed, it left a noticeable white sticky glue residue - DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE STICKYNESS - found out the best trick was to let it air dry. i did contact customer support and reported it as an issue; Ronald R. was super helpful and timely in their response which i also appreciated. delivery was quick and on time. the overall experience was rated WOW!

Everyone that I dealt with were more than helpful. Always went the extra step to help. The only thing that was a small issue was running out of 2 of the neon colors yellow and orange therefore orders weren't placed. We could have had more but those colors are essential to my group since we are motorcycle riders and want the visibility.
