The woman who helped me at the Custom Ink store in Princeton (sadly, I can’t recall her name) was TERRIFIC — helpful, efficient, careful, talented. She helped me through every step of the process — shirt selection, cleaning up the artwork, placement, colors, etc., etc. She was FABULOUS!! I’m so grateful to her and for her expertise.

Alana helped me to design a shirt for my company that everyone is pleased with. We made a lot of changes and Alana was patient, quick to respond, and very helpful. The shirts came on time and were packaged by size. We'll use Custom Ink again.

My shirt arrived on time, well packaged, and most importantly, looking fantastic! It is exactly as I had hoped. Mine is a gift I'm sending to a friend, and I just know they're going to love it!! This is my first order via Custom Ink, but it most certainly will not be the last. Now that I've seen and held this outstanding shirt in my hands, I will make a point of ordering all my Christmas gifts through Custom Ink. Amazing that you kept my item so long. A dream come true for me as I made this shirt about 10 years ago and forgot about it. I so wanted this and it's fantastic! The print is great and the quality of the Hanes Beefy-T Crewneck T-shirt is fantastic!

I had an amazing experience with Custom Ink! Web Site, customer service, shipping, packaging, and the quality of the shirt was amazing. If I ever need another custom shirt, I will not look anywhere else. Hard to find this level of quality and customer service in the world today.

I have nothing but positive things to say. Riah helped me with my order from start to finish. They were very responsive and kind. I had a picky group ordering a t-shirt design but it didn’t phase Riah. Everything was smooth. They sincerely made my experience with Custom Ink amazing. I will definitely be using Custom Ink for any future projects and will be asking for Riah every time!

The algorithms is spelled algorithyms on every shirt and hoodie that I ordered and it ruined the purpose of the merch.

I have used Custom Ink for a variety of reasons throughout the last 10 years, this is the first time I've used Custom Ink for work shirts for the company I work for and myself and the owner of the company were extremely impressed with the way they turned out. Especially for the price. I also know the quality as I have had some of your shirts for a full 10 years and the print on them is still holding up well, as well as the shirt itself.

shirt is too short.

We placed a large order for our family reunion which included sizes from YXS to Adult 3XL. Because of this, we needed our design to be two different sizes (smaller for the youth sizes). Custom Ink's customer service was very helpful with placing this order through email. The ability to get the color/shirt we wanted in both Youth and Adult sizes at a very fair price was why we chose Custom Ink. This is the second time we've ordered for our reunion and, as before, we were very happy with the shirt and print quality as well as the customer service. Great company!

Every experience with CustomInk, with the exception of one maybe a year ago, has been a very positive experience. Your people are responsive, kind, very patient and absolutely know what's needed. I lean on them a lot to assist in the final shirt production.

Overall, I am happy with the quality of service and shirt I receive from Custom Ink. This order was an exception in that it was late and not 100% correct.
