My shirt looked one way online, but someone emailed me explaining how once it was printed, it wouldn't look as nice and suggested a different color, so we went with the new color and it came out beautifully !

I also had to alter my design so we could not resell, which we weren't going to do anyway, and had to add something to the back of the shirt and was charged extra for using the back when the changes were not my requirement, but yours. I feel those charges should have been comp'd

My overall experience was wonderful with the exception of how faded some parts of the digital printing looked. Unfortunately, even though my overall experience was great the way the shirt looks is what matters and I cant afford to pay the amount I paid for my shirt and not be satisfied with it. With that being said, I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend it to others.

The ordering process was quick and easy to do, but unhappy with the quality of the T-shirt. It became unraveled at the hem of the shirt after the first wash and dry. The shirt hasn't been worn other than when it was tried on after receiving it in the mail.

I ordered a shirt for myself and while it looks good, great even, it doesn't fit right and in turn the print is not easy to read without pulling printed areas taught. Design was smooth and the package arrived on time. Just wish that the shirt fit better.

I had a great experience with CustomInk. They handled three orders with variations on the same design. I had a lot of questions and everyone I dealt with was very responsive. They did an amazing job making my image with lots of very, very small names work from a 3XL T-shirt to a 12 month onesie. I'm super impressed with the final products. There was one small blip with one order of 100+ shirts. On one shirt the image was a bit off-center. I contacted CustomInk and they immediately sent out a replacement item. Excellent team.

Difficult meeting with people on site. I'd have preferred an appt to just showing up and waiting 20 min before someone could assist us. But once we were a rep, they did an excellent job showing us the numerous shirt materials and bags.
