This was my first order which included an uploaded image (student art work). I knew nothing about what I was doing and when Custom Ink recognized a slight blur in my uploaded image, I was contacted immediately. This order was time sensitive, and the Custom Ink team worked with me throughout a Sunday to get my design ready and maintain guaranteed delivery date! My shirt actually arrived a day early! The customer service I received was fantastic!

Wow! I am really stunned by the customer service. I just don't see companies go above and beyond like this anymore. I am so pleased with the shirt and my design. I have tried other big name online print sites but those shirts just sit in my drawer because they didn't deliver what the design looked like on the screen.

Your company is phenomenal. I had a question, sent email, got a quick response. Needed a rush delivery, although 9.95 I thought was a little high, but shirt arrived a day before it was promised. I would order from your company again without hesitation

The shirts were of good quality, until I washed them. I washed with the required specifications but the colors bled, and when I contacted support I was asked to send pictures of each shirt it happened to, and I would receive a refund. The problem is, these shirts were sold to raise money for a non-profit, so now my supporters paid for a shirt that is of low quality, and no one received a refund.

This is my first experience with custom ink and I must say I'm so impressed. I interacted with four or five different people on this year's order. After we finalized on a design titled "runnew1" and got a final price we called to pay for the order. The last person we dealt with was on another line so I placed the order with another person. Our design on the back of the shirt was identical to last year, but the front was different. We received a discount for reusing part of the order. When we received the proof titled "runnew1" the front and the back were of last year's design. So that involved another round of phone calls and emails. I'm glad that there is a Proof step in the process, but I'm concerned about the handoff of the order between personnel. Somehow the "runnew1" that we had settled upon didn't make it on the first attempt into "runnew1" the proof.

I had some problems paying (google kept telling me the site was unsafe) so had to call and speak to actual people - best problem ever! Having someone work with the image provided to improve its print quality and then someone else recommend cutting one of the colors because it was already included in the background (t-shirt) color both improved the end result and lowered the cost. And that was all at no additional charge. Apparently really fabulous people work for CustomInk - that makes a huge difference. (My son has used CustomInk for all sorts of group shirts - Robotics teams, Choir, etc. - so I didn't even look anywhere else. Even with that background, my expectations were exceeded.

My only concern was on my end, I wasn't sure if the logo I created fit the shirt well. After I got the shirt I wished I had made the logo bigger. Maybe you guys could give us input on your expertise

Very happy that the shirts arrived when guaranteed (as it gives me one less thing to worry about when organizing an event.) Screen printing looks fantastic, as well as the colour of the shirt. However, the price is really debatable.
