The shirt was not very soft at all, so I'm not sure how often it will be worn. The picture came out very cute, but we were disappointed there was an outline larger than the picture instead of just the picture and then the blue shirt showing. Undecided whether or not we will purchase from here again at this point in time.

Custom Ink's service and screenprinting is fantastic yet again. I was not very happy with the Gildan Softstyle Jersey shirt. The shirt was not as soft as it used to be. I only hope it softens up after washing. (I ordered for my coworkers and my department doesn't get that same shirt.)

The color and screen printing were perfect! It turned out just like the picture. The shirt is so soft and everyone loves that. When I had a question the customer service rep was very knowledgeable and help me decide which way was best for what I was ordering. We keep coming back every year for our annual shirt orders.

This site was very easy to use and worked wonderfully for our department to order shirts. I loved getting an email update on who had purchased, to keep track for our committee. The color selection was fantastic and once the shirts arrived, the feel was super soft-exactly what we were wanting. The turnaround time was quick, and we received our order not too longer after ordering. The shirts were packaged well, and we had all of our shirts with correct colors and sizes! It was a seamless experience!!

It was very easy to design and order. The t-shirts came out great, just the shade of color was off. The color I chose was hot pink but came out purple. No problem we all like purple too. The t-shirts fit well, they are nice and soft feeling.

The account manager was very helpful. He was patient and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The shirts turned out perfect and the material was soft and comfortable.

We loved the shirts! Shirts were soft and colors were nice and bright. Logos were clear. Customer service was excellent!

Everything went well with all phases of the design and ordering process. The quality of material was good, soft, and true to color. Of the shirts received, there appeared to be an issue with 3 of the 4 of the mediums only, as the screen print was placed on the shirts crooked. I am optimistic that this issue can be resolved in advance of the event they were ordered for. I am unable to rate customer service until this issue is resolved, as I have not needed customer service.

There should be someone checking quality assurance. The soft style gray Gildan shirt feels nothing like the soft style I purchased in the Fall. I ended up spending more money with something I am satisfied with.

Excellent customer service. Nykki L went above and beyond answering my questions, suggestion a super soft tshirt, and making a note for someone to adjust a few spacing issues that I could not modify.

The shirt quality was super soft and the screen printing came out great! They shipped the shirts super fast and I received my order in a few days! :)
