3rd order from Custom Ink for my softball team. We will coninute to trust them for our jerseys.

My overall experience was that this site was very easy to use and quick. I thought the designs were nice and ordering was very simple. Since these are just for an 8 week softball league I can say that I am satisfied with my order (and since my # didn't have the residue). After receiving them I had to take them to a local printing company in order to get my company logo printed on the sleeve of the shirts, they are charging me $80 total and you guys tried to get me for like $95 (this company I am taking them to are typically very high). Good company it seems like, I would suggest you to friends looking for a quick fix, but will probably never use you again.

The shirts actually came in faster than I thought which made my softball team very happy, they only had to wear last years shirts, which you made, for the 1st game and will have these for the rest of the season! Great job as always guys!

This is our softball team's second t-shirt order from CustomInk.com, overall both experiences has been great! The website is quite easy to use and it was fun to be able to design several different looks and be able to instantly see the results. The follow through with the design team is fantastic! There were emails during the process as well as after to make sure all was well. In both cases the shirts arrived before the promised date. We'll be back for our next custom T-shirt needs.

I thoroughly enjoyed creating a jersey for the co-ed rec league softball team that I started with my group of friends. The creation process is very well organized with surprising variety!

Overall I was very pleased with the service. My shirts came three days early, just in time for the first softball game they were ordered for. I was very pleased with that. My biggest concern is the quality of the screen print ink of the back numbers. How they wear/wash overtime will determine if I'm a repeat customer or not.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experiences with CustomInk. I am a 6th grade teacher at Vista del Sur Traditional School in Laveen Arizona, and we have ordered many items from them over the year. We have started a National Junior Honor Society- who wear your shirts. Also, the Vista Softball team won the District Championship this year- the players wear their Championship Shirts with so much pride ;) The 8th graders have been wearing their "Class of 2013 Shirts" that you have made every Friday this year. I have never had a complaint from either of the 3 groups mentioned above. I would like to add that I was very impressed with the customer service when I called as well as the prompt e-mail responses. I am participating in a triathlon this summer with my cousins in memory of my cousin- CustomInk noticed that we were doing a benefit event and offered to donate to the charity. This was so absolutely heartfelt and meant so much to me as well as my entire family. You have a life-long customer ;)

If our first Smith softball and picnic is successful I am sure we will return to CustonInk next year. I think that when the family sees these tomorrow at our big game some will wish they had ordered. Your staff was awesome and so very helpful. My sister made up a design for her bowling league a few years back, I don't know where she got them nor do I care, they were awful. Thank you for impressing our family.

This is our 3rd year to use Custom Ink for our Lisa McCorkle Memorial Softball Benefit. The players and the fans always love our bright shirts. Custom Ink has stood behind us with raising money through this softball game to help someone with a medical need in our community. God has blessed us through this event and we have the opportunity to be a blessing to someone in our community. We are the hands and feet of Christ all while wearing Custom Ink shirts! I called customer service on the day I needed to order. I spoke with a very helpful girl who helped me through the entire process. I had a slightly tricky order because I needed one extra T-shirt in a different variety and she helped me pick out one that matched perfectly in color. She took down all my information over the phone and the process was so smooth. The website is very easy to use as well. I play on many softball teams over the summer and I will definitely reuse Custom Ink.

Great price, good selection of clipart for a quick church softball t-shirt without time/resources to design our own logo. Got the proof quickly and was pleased to receive a phone call from a real person. Delivery was quick and FREE. Overall, good experience. I would order from CustomInk again.

I was able to easily navigate the site and order EXACTLY what I needed. That was why I ultimately used CustomInk. I was able to individually choose sizes and numbers for each shirt, which was difficult to do on other sites. The price was more than fair for the 12 shirts that I ordered, and it was delivered a day before the guarantee date- just on time for our first softball game!
