If our first Smith softball and picnic is successful I am sure we will return to CustonInk next year. I think that when the family sees these tomorrow at our big game some will wish they had ordered. Your staff was awesome and so very helpful. My sister made up a design for her bowling league a few years back, I don't know where she got them nor do I care, they were awful. Thank you for impressing our family.

I called customer service on the day I needed to order. I spoke with a very helpful girl who helped me through the entire process. I had a slightly tricky order because I needed one extra T-shirt in a different variety and she helped me pick out one that matched perfectly in color. She took down all my information over the phone and the process was so smooth. The website is very easy to use as well. I play on many softball teams over the summer and I will definitely reuse Custom Ink.

Great price, good selection of clipart for a quick church softball t-shirt without time/resources to design our own logo. Got the proof quickly and was pleased to receive a phone call from a real person. Delivery was quick and FREE. Overall, good experience. I would order from CustomInk again.

I was able to easily navigate the site and order EXACTLY what I needed. That was why I ultimately used CustomInk. I was able to individually choose sizes and numbers for each shirt, which was difficult to do on other sites. The price was more than fair for the 12 shirts that I ordered, and it was delivered a day before the guarantee date- just on time for our first softball game!

I had a very good experience with CustomInk. Their website was very easy to navigate when designing our softball jerseys. I had a couple late changes that I needed to make and they helped me out over the phone and through multiple emails making sure that the changes they made were exactly what I wanted. Very friendly to talk to on the phone. Will definitely order through them for any future teams that I play on.

The CustomInk website was very easy to use and the online sign up sheet made it simple for my softball team to sign up for sizes without me having to chase them around. The CustomInk customer service was always friendly and more than willing to help with any questions or concerns I had about my order. The shirts are great very bright and comfortable. We originally ordered the the shirts for our softball team and fans. As soon as the shirts came in other people have asked if we could put in a second order. We have a display case and I am trying to talk the leadership into putting in another order and selling the shirts to help out with our building fund. My question is this :) Is there any room for a deeper discount on a reprint so the church can sell them and keep the price down? We would be more then willing to place your advertising and or website info on the display case in return for the favor. Thanks much!!! Hope to do more business in the future!!

I have used CustomInk in the past when ordering shirts and always had a pleasant experience. My most recent order really blew me away. On the site, they talked about guaranteeing that my order would arrive in 1 week no matter what. I received my proofs but waited a few days before approving because we had a late addition to our team. I was ordering shirts for our coed softball team, alot of us are parents and wanted some small shirts for our little ones as well but the custom name and number on the back only had adult sizes. I called customer service and they were quickly able to get us some youth sizes and still shipped all of it in a week. I was blown away when I checked my email friday morning, had a notice that my order had shipped, and by that same afternoon my order arrived. Fast, friendly, and the best quality! I will always choose CustomInk.

Great website, great communication, great product. Used the design tools to order shirts and hats for my softball team and everyone loves them!

Very good no real issues, however when i was proofing, i would have liked to see all the proofs of all the shirts as i ordered jerseys for my softball team, just to verify that everything was correct, as it was, but just incase i would have been easier to verify the back with numbers as opposed to the grid style, this may be a personal prefference
