This was my first time working with CustomInk, but I can confidently say that I am a customer for life. As a school teacher, former class sponsor, and honor society adviser, I have had experience with several vendors, but CustomInk is one of the best! The service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. Great job!

The entire experience was fantastic. Very easy website to use including changing shirt colors and sizes as well as the logo placement and size. I have used many other custom shirt websites and they were all very slow, unorganized and difficult to work with but not customink. I even forgot to add an extra shirt for my sponsor, minor detail I forgot when ordering, I was able to call and add an additional shirt with easy and simplicity.

Overall a good experience. Had some communication issues over sponsor approval, where the jerseys were in production & about shipping on a tight window for delivery. I had to call vs being emailed or called for approval etc but customer service was pleasant every time. Price was higher than anticipated for basic screen printing vs other companies I've used but couldn't beat the turn around time before the season started. I would and probably will order again but if there is another lack of communication to me vs me calling I would have to think twice for future orders & recommendations.

I was very pleased with pretty much everything that happened in this purchase. The customization on the website was easy to use, the prices were fair, the customer service was excellent, and the shirts came out wonderfully. There is a running group in my neighborhood in need of a sponsor shirt and I will definitely be suggesting this website to them.

I order shirts from Custom Ink every year for the high school Art Club I sponsor and have never had any sort of problem. The shirts are always of the highest quality and look exactly like what I design on the website. The shipping is always super fast and the shirts are wrapped up inside the box in a plastic bag to protect them. Customer service is made so simple, I love how they communicate with me through email since this is the easiest way to get a hold of me during the school day.

Best decision we ever made, designed and shipped in less than a week just in time for our VEX Robotics Competition, they were able to accommodate custom text, and were able to print all of our sponsor logos, great quality and packaging! WIll DEFIANTLY ORDER AGAIN!

Our club is relatively small and our sponsor is from China-she doesn't always understand everything perfectly. This meant it was up to two high school juniors to get the tshirts ordered for our club. From the very beginning, the staff was very helpful and always quick to respond. My Vice President and I had been dreading ordering tshirts, but to our surprise it was actually a very pleasant experience.

I am the sponsor of our high school's Quidditch Team and we ordered our t-shirts from you all and the tees turned out GREAT!! Not to mention the awesome service your employees provided throughout the ordering process. I will definitely be using Custom Ink for future t-shirt purchases!

This was a long process to get these shirts and hoodies completed. Although the delivery was made before the winter break (thankful) it did take a lonf time between getting the PO and getting the designs correct. As a senior sponsor I really needed this process to be a lot more smoother than it was.

Design features on the web site were easy to use to produce a quality, professionally done shirt. We will definitely order again. We change the name of our bowling team every year to a fictitious sponsor i.e. Patty's Monkey Ranch. Fun to create & fun to wear!

I bought this t-shirt for my nephew who is in the mma fighting and he does not have a sponsor yet, so I thought a t-shirt would be a great gift for christmas. He is going to love it.
