One of the hooded sweatshirts I received (size: Large) appeared to be of poor quality or defective. The bottom elastic around the waistband is all stretched out, which makes the sweatshirt fit more like a blouse than a hoodie. The other sweatshirt I received (a medium) fits completely fine. The printing is done well, but for $50 a piece I expected better quality control when it came to materials. I would order from customink again if I could get a replacement for my hoodie blouse.

This truly is the easiest thing to do. I am not crafty, so I was skeptical. Any questions or opinion on your design , customer service was great . I ordered sweatshirts for my high school 50th reunion. I would do it again in a heart beat

The service was fast and very reliable. They kept in contact with very speedy replies and were very clear, giving any possible options for any modifications or questions or changes I had. The sweatshirts were a tad bit pricey, but they are very comfortable and warm :) they were easy to used and I loved the free shipping and no tax. It was convenient and quick.

The sweatshirts I ordered feel great, fit well, and look fantastic! There was a small problem with our design (on my part, not the part of CustomInk) and the company was extremely helpful in resolving the issue with me.

Overall experience was great! Website was easy to use with many choices. The final print did not differ much from my original set design. The sweatshirts arrived promptly after designing, proofing, production, and shipping. The price was very moderate considering the low quantity of the order. Thanks again.

I have used this company twice and recommended it once to a friend. In all three cases the products were fantastic! Quality of the shirts and sweatshirts ordered can't be beat. The website is easy to use and offers so many choices in both text and art. The video with tips, tricks, and tutorials can walk through the most timid of uses and design beginners. The one thing I can think of that might improve the company is to give a discount for repeat customers. The more one uses the more they get off etc...
