Heather and Nathan were great to deal with the sweatshirts I ordered were perfect.

Custom Ink provided great customer service, and an incredible product! Multiple representatives spent time on the phone working on the design with us, each of whom was patient and incredibly helpful. The sweatshirts are fantastic, we can't wait to order from Custom Ink again!

The design process, choice of fonts, graphics, colors and products is AWESOME. The speed in which the work gets completed is a delight. I am always pleased with the products I order from Custom Ink. I am however a little concerned with this particular order. The sweatshirts are a good grade material, but screen print on back is rough to touch and it looks like they will peel easy after a few washes. I hope this isn't the case as they were costly. They looked great upon arrival. Vivid bold colors and accuracy with the decals!

I used CustomInk to do a project in my classes, and my students were able to figure out the design application with no difficulties. Very easy to use. When ordering, I had a lot of questions, and a kind of complicated order, but CustomInk had the most amazing customer service. Each email was signed by a person, and when I called and asked for that person, they were able to put them on the phone! It just felt really solid, and made me a lot more comfortable ordering 40 sweatshirts (and paying for that many). I feel like I got a really good value.

I had gotten sweatshirts with my classmates from CustomInk once before, and they did a great job so we were return customers. Once we'd placed the order, the customer service ambassadors were extremly helpful, and made sure to follow up.

Very Pleased with the sweatshirts and the customer service. The 25% extra shipping for expedited order was outrageous, however was pleased when I was offered a reduction to a 10% charge and even more pleased when the shirts arrived a day early! Will definitly order from you again! Thank you!

This experience was nothing short of wonderful and stress-free. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that I could call a number and speak with professional and knowledgeable representatives, which I did multiple times to finalize our logo. In addition, we placed our order with a very short turnaround time - we were nervous that the shipment wouldn't arrive in time. The shipment actually arrived two business days before the anticipated delivery date and the sweatshirts/logo were perfect. My experience with customink could not have been better. When I had problems with my credit card everyone I talked to at customer service was friendly and very helpful. The sweatshirts came out exactly how we wanted and were delivered earlier than expected.
