I love working with Custom Ink! Their Customer Service people are very helpful at assisting me with placing group orders and ensuring that my uploaded logo will display correctly on the shirts that I have ordered. Also, this is my third time placing an order for the Sport-Tek Women's Competitor V-Neck Performance Shirts. The material is excellent and everyone in our group loves the shirts!

I don't know what has happened in the past 18 months, but it appears that through trying to be efficient, they are making mistakes. I've ordered a few times over the past couple of years, and similar mistakes are happening - wrong artwork. I appreciate the fast response, but I feel like I have to babysit my orders. This order - I sent multiple notes confirming that the delivery date was still good, and was assured it was. The 6 womens v-necks arrived late and the artwork was incorrect. About 30 minutes after the shirts were delivered, I received an automated message that the shirts would be late, and was offered a credit toward my next offer, but the dynamic fields were not populated. So the workflow was timed incorrectly and is missing its links. I paid A LOT for those shirts, and I didn't wear mine. Because this seems to be the new norm at CustomInk, this was my last order. I really liked working with you, so I gave the benefit of the doubt, but the stress of knowing if my order will make it or not or will be correct, is not worth it any more - especially when you're higher priced than other options.

Custom Ink is generally great! Just had an issue with the printing on the V-neck, as star image was a bit off and no proof was provided before printing.

Ashley V. was attentive, kind and responsive. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism. Please highlight and praise this woman for being a great associate of custom ink.

The customer service was incredible! Kristyna S and Eniko V were beyond helpful and responded in a timely manner to apologize and make sure I was satisfied when my package didn't arrive. It wasn't even their fault, but they lived up to your motto of "making it right," so well done team!

I needed some t-shirts with my logo on them for my sports photography team ASAP. I wanted something that looked professional, but allowed us to work outside in the heat without anyone passing out or showing too much sweat. I was able to quickly design a shirt with my logo on the front left and the back. I selected a black (works best for photography so you don't reflect in shiny visors, etc) , fitted, v-neck for the women on my team and a men's t-shirt for our male crew member. They all turned out beautifully. The shirts are high quality, color was a true black, and the printing is perfect. As we hustled setting up, photographing, and tearing down our stations for our football media days, we got many positive comments regarding our performance AND our look from the coaches and coordinators. Thank you, Custom Ink!

Love custom Ink however we where missing 2 large crew necks hopefully they will rectify this for us as we have used them for a lot of things and hope to continue to do so

I absolutely loved working with everyone at CustomInk. Emily in the Mosaic District store was a great source for this shirt. Once it was processed I was in touch with Eniko V., who was also wonderful.

Finding the t-shirt in maroon was the only challenge. Once I did, it was disappointing that other neck lines were not available (like a v neck). The designing went very well... an easy process.

Overall working with Custom Ink is a very good experience. The Design Lab is great and easy to use. Group orders are a breeze and I appreciate everyone being able to pay for their order directly and choose to ship to themselves if they won’t be at the event. I had an excellent interaction with online help when I needed it. We had minor pack/ship errors but I think they’ll work themselves out. The Bella + Canvas V neck had a lot of very good ratings but we chose white and they are very thin.

I am not happy with the V necks . Had asked if it will get small after a wash, I was told no. The t shirts have Shrinked and are of not use to me anymore. This issue needs to be corrected

I bought the Bella + Canvas Women's Slim Fit Jersey V-Neck T-shirt in 2XL, but it was too small for me. I usually wear 1XL, but I ordered a size bigger due to the reviews stating that it ran small. It was still too small for me, so I gave it to a family member.

I got a medium v neck, and it fits me VERY VERY VERY tight. It fits like a extra small. The graphics and printing itself is very good. But for $30 the shirt is very tight, to the point where its unwearable.

I had placed an order to surprise someone special with a Christmas gift. Took some time with the design and was excited and looking forward to the final product. The print on the shirt is nice but, it was printed on the wrong shirt. Had ordered a grey v neck and received a blue crew neck. The lettering is black so you cannot see it because of the dark fabric. The shirt looks smaller than the size ordered. This surprise gift was not a success.
