The t-shirt I just received was so much better than the last t-shirt design. The colors and the log really popped as I had wanted. I will be ordering more. I wish you didn't have to order 6 at a time because I would like to order some V necks but.....

I love this website and have made two shirts for myself. I do wish some of the nicer t-shirts (fitted and v-necks) were available to make only one shirt. The shirts that I have designed have been specific to me.

Customer service was very helpful. Very friendly and easy to deal with. I wanted the same design on 2 different colors of shirts and they placed the order for me. I would have liked to order more, but the woman's design I wanted couldn't be printed on less than 6 v necks. I wish there were more than basic t shirts for woman's designs as crew cut t shirts are not as flattering.

Easy to use design studio. Easy to edit. Wish there were more color options for V-necks. And the prices were a bit higher than I wanted them to be for 20 plain t-shirts.

Any chance of carrying XS sizes in v-necks? My tiny hipster frame craves it! Thanks kindly, Ben

I have enjoyed almost everything about designing shirts with Customink! They helped me select the softest V necks, and helped me with issues uploading my graphic. My proof was incorrect the first time they emailed me, at which point I emailed back to explain my corrections and to ask if they would resend a proof after the changes had been made. First I received an email saying that it was no problem and they would fix it and get back to me. The next day I received a phone call from someone else who said he had managed to catch my order before they began, but that he wouldn't promise a new proof, they are really just for my records anyway. This phone call is the only thing that bothered me about the entire experience. I never returned his phone call, for the sake of my nerves. Regardless, my shirts arrived shortly after and they are fabulous! I wouldn't change ordering from Customink and I will do so again in the future!

I already gave out 2 of the tees and they were happily received. I expect the same happy reaction from the rest of my group. Only one thing disappointed me, you didn't have any v-necks to choose from. That would have been my preference if I had been given the choice but other than that you have a very satified customer on your hands. Your staff is patient, professional and very helpful. I appreciated that they took their time with me. I like the fact that you followed up with the order in writing and indicated every detail which allowed me to make a change or 2 before the final product went into production. I have to say that working with Customink on my project turned out to be a great experience and I will recommend your company to any who seek your special brand of workmanship. Thank you again.

Everything was great - website very user friendly. I haven't washed the T-sirt yet but the quality seemsvery good. My only disappointment was the limited choice in colors for the V-necks. I would have preferred to print on an orange V-neck. Thanks!!

Online I couldn't order the same print on two different types of shirts, however I could over the phone, and the associate was super helpful and pleasant. **The Next Level Girly lightweight V-necks were actually pretty true to size (the site says they run small) so I could've ordered my normal size and been fine, especially since they are so lightweight.

There were plenty of choices in every sense. I wish there were more options in color and shirt type for ordering 1 tshirt with v necks.

I found the website easy and fun to use. My only suggestion would be that you provide other types of shirts besides the basic T...maybe women's v-necks and ringer Ts would be great and modern. Otherwise, had a great experience...and the shirt, which was slotted to possibly arrive the day after the birthday, actually arrived a few days early, so it was here in time for the big day. The website is inviting and very easy and fun to use. I was hoping to see more variety of shirts such as fitted t-shirts and v-necks.

The best companies are able to under promise and over deliver. CustomInk did both! We ordered Hanes V-Necks for our staff and absolutely love the quality of both the shirt and our logo screen. The shirts arrived several days before our target date and the communication from their office to mine was impeccable. We WILL order again!

I love CustomInk and have been using them for various events since high school. Everything turned out well and the only issues I had, I was warned before production and I did it anyway! I am thrilled with the results. A suggestion: though you may not want it, is more styles of shirts. American Apparel V-Necks and racerback tanks would make me use this website a whole bunch more.
