I have used this company multiple times over the last five years. From shipping military unit shirts to Afghanistan to putting together zombie run outfits for a community team, I am always impressed. The ability to order six to six hundred and mix and match sizes is great. Your color matching is always spot on. I will research other options to see if I can find better variety, better price, and better customization. I always return. You guys are the standard to beat in my opinion.

This is the second time we have used CustomInk for our Zombie run shirts. We have been very happy

I will always order t-shirts from CustomInk! The website is SO easy to navigate and the available clipart and fonts are so fun and modern! The t-shirts made it all the way to Kodiak Alaska (with rush delivery) in a week! The t-shirt were bought to be used at a USCG Wellness Committee Zombie Run in Kodiak Alaska. All the participants and Zombies loved the t-shirts and the design. The cost was comparable to t-shirts you can buy from a store or an event. Overall, we would rate CustomInk at 100%, A+, Grade A, spectacular, you-rock-never-change!

So I was home sick with the flu and needed to order these shirts. Being sick I got so confused on the site since I needed the same design on different styles of shirts so I wrote in to support. I got an email reply and I literally dumped the entire order out in the email to her. I'm sure it wasn't fully coherent given the zombie apocalypse virus that had gripped my body but she handled it. She put together the entire order and then all I had to do was pay the invoice. I was impressed! The shirts arrived and the order is perfect

I am very happy in the ease of creating the product, I was a little disappointed when I was told on the website that I could still have a color photo but limit the number of colors and then was called saying it had to be black and white or change the product. I had already looked into that and for the size ranges we needed the only option would be white really and that's not an option with kids! Plus everyone had already ordered so changing the design too much after everyone has ordered is not possible. We did get everything in a timely manner as promised but as I stated above the picture we had was perfect on some sweatshirts and darker on others and one is so bad it makes my daughter look like a zombie! Our epilepsy walk is Saturday so there's no time to fix it and really it's just going to reflect badly on you guys because people are going to ask where we had them made.

The customer service team was fast and through. Helped me make the necessary changes and still got the shirt out on time. My dad loved his Custom zombie short!

Wonderful!!! I love the shirt you all made for me and my best buds bday! Costumer service was amazing! I somehow auto filled my address incorrectly, and costume ink, called and emailed me about this issue. It was resolved quickly and now Heather and Lisa's one of a kind zombie/nurse shirt is BAD ASS! Im ready to order Christmas and Bowling league!

Customink satisfied all my needs and then some. I called with a week to go in need of shirts for my soccer team and the tournament we had entered. We received numerous comments on our shirts from all attendees. Customink provided me with shirts that met every need for our Zombie girls. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!! I needed a little "something" for a wedding reception / barbecue for this summer in Alaska. I knew I wanted some can koozies. Our son and his bride like that zombie stuff (ya know???) so I had my theme, had my design and... found CustomInk! Every step was an easy follow. I worried that putting it in the cart or pressing "OK" would score me a bunch o'stuff that I wasn't ready to order just then. As it turned out, I had two VERY helpful online"chats" with customer service folks. This was no canned stuff...the first thing I typed one gal was "it is 4 AM...why am I awake?" and she chuckled and said : "Oh my goodness! I don't know WHY you would be awake at this time of the day!!!" Bottom line: CustomInk provided excellent customer service. Don't need 100 items? Just chat with an online customer service rep and see if they can reduce that minimum order. If they can, they will. I will use CustomInk for future issues, hands-down. And no, I am NOT the owner's Mom! Just an "almost 60" old lady in Alaska.

Custom ink went above and beyond my expectations. I had submitted an image for the back of my shirt order and unbeknown to me, it was a copyrighted image. They took the time and effort to find the image I needed and had their art team modify it for me to look like the zombie minion I was looking from. My group that the shirts were ordered for are extremely pleased with the image, quality, product, etc. thank you custom ink for your help in creating the shirts for our zombie run :)

I sent them my design and made sure the image I sent was big enough that it wouldn't pixelate at shirt sizes. CustomInk did the rest. I wish that pricing was a bit more predictable, as I really didn't know how much it was going to cost until I got all the shirt sizes from my buyers, but besides that, the transaction was great. The shirts came earlier than expected, which was a plus. I hope CustomInk enjoyed making my zombie hunter shirts as much as I enjoy wearing it.
