But, the good news was that after not being able to enter my order on the website, I was able to talk to 2 people live and get all I needed done! I didn't get the name of the first person I talked to, but Christian put all my fears to rest and got everything in order!! The order arrived before I could have hoped and the t-shirts were distributed the week prior to our celebration so that all could wear them on the day! I have one concern. I talked to two different customer service representatives about my artwork and preparing the silk screens. Both women were friendly and helpful, and I got better results than I expected because the artist preparing the screen added some half-tone shading to more closely resemble my original art. I got a good price for my shirts, and then got service above and beyond what I expected.
