I needed assistance with design and everyone was very helpful and friendly. One call lasted 20min that should have been 3-4, but he was new and apologetic while he tried to be sure everything was correct. One part of the design request didn't happen, which was too hard to see on the preview, but clear on the final product...however, I'm only mentioning since it's an honest review. We were generously donated these for daughter's make a wish trip and we will be forever grateful and happy to wear them!

This is my 3rd time ordering with Custom Ink, and though this time the printing was skewed on the back, overall the print and designs looked amazing!! Customer service was great and responded immediately stating they were sending a replacement. I SUPER appreciate the timeliness of the response and the resolution for the error!

The shirt was not very soft at all, so I'm not sure how often it will be worn. The picture came out very cute, but we were disappointed there was an outline larger than the picture instead of just the picture and then the blue shirt showing. Undecided whether or not we will purchase from here again at this point in time.
