I do have a negative note. My husband owns his trucking company. I wanted to order custom pens. Smallest order to purchase if I'm not mistaken, is 250 at a high price. I would love to order a set of pens but do not need the high amount of pens. Would love to order about 25.

Really appreciated the telephone customer service of Humza (hope spelling OK) x188. He helped with getting a great result of my husband's birthday present t-shirts. I was bragging about it with neighbors and ended up another neighbor had done a shirt for her significant other for Christmas. Very positive experience! :)

Fantastic customer service via phone, chat and email. Personable, easy to understand, clear communications through all phases of my order. The only wish is that I could have seen the "final" design and been able to attach that to my sign-up sheet (instead of the "draft" design before your design team finished it.)
