My over all experience with customer ink was great! I even had to call in for help and customer service was immaculate! The overall process ran so smooth; the only thing was our ladies really didn't like their shirts because of the quality of the shirts and they ran small. This is not a shirt that they may use long term because once they are washed they will be entirely too small. I loved the design that I had and loved it even more in person! You all Rock! We will be using you again but may change what type of shirt that is used.

The customer service on CustomInk was incredible. A worker called to double-check a few words on the shirt which she thought were misspelled. I was wowed by the attention to detail and the desire to make sure the customers would be happy. Unfortunately, though, some of the shirts we ordered are too big. I didn't feel that the sizing was accurate.

We can't say enough about how great it was to work with CustomInk. Because I was the go-between for my mom, I had to make a number of back and forth calls to the order desk. Each call was met with enthusiasm and helpfulness no matter who the representative (and I think I talked to about 4 different people). It was fabulous that I didn't have to wait for the same person who had helped me previously but that whoever got my call could pick up the ball and run with it. When we ran into snags, the reps were able to suggest other options and made it seem like nothing was a deal-breaker. The final product arrived quickly and well packaged and we couldn't be happier. It was wonderful working with entire CustomInk team and they'll definitely be the first place I call whenever I need custom shirts again.

First of all let me say HOW IMPRESSED I am with your customer service team. I have nothing but praise for the people who helped me with these t-shirts. I was stressed out to no end about getting these done the way I wanted to and I was having trouble figuring out how to customize the t-shirts on line (because I'm not good at that stuff at all). I was SURPRISED to find out when I called for help that someone would actually do it for me!! YAHOO! I thought, how wonderful is this. All my stress disappeared and I worked with two customer service people and everything was taken care of. What a relief! And beyond my expectations of customer service for sure. I run a 501c3 non-profit dog rescue and I will NEVER go anywhere else for our t-shirts or custom products except Custom Ink.
