I enjoyed working with Customink. The delivery date was right on time, even when we needed to approve the design. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Great outcome with order.

Good quality shirt items but the care is not put into printing the items. I ordered $1,000 worth of jackets and the prints were slanted and uneven with images on the jackets. The website is good and it's convenient but there's a lack of quality care put into the process.

Everything arrived when expected an in perfect condition. No complaints.

The jackets came out great. We were really worried about getting the colors in the logo right, but you did a great job matching them, and did it with 3 colors instead of 5, which was awesome.

All representatives did an excellent job of maintaining contact with me about the order from quote to the start of production through finish, and every employee with whom I spoke seemed to really be in the loop about my order - the person answering my correspondence varied, but the information they had on their end was the same. I didn't have to spend any time restating my reason for contacting them. CustomInk is AMAZING!! Also, your prices were very reasonable.
