I spoke with some via email and one very nice lady over the phone. Customer service seems to be top notch. Our logo is tough to duplicate via embroidery (speaking from experience with others). Lands End is the only company that has had success in making our logo look nice and clean. Plan on ordering some t-shirts in the near future with screen print from you guys...we'll see how those turn out.

Fast shipping good embroidery but sizes are big

This is one of the best on line buying experiences I've ever had. Customer Service is a top priority, you can tell.

It was awesome! Absolutely no complaints. I really appreciated the final proof authorization stage prior to printing.

Overall customer service and support have been good. However, bottom line is how the product fits and this order did not fit the bill at all. I will most likely search elsewhere in the future for my business shirts as I cannot waste time and money on items that do not fit correctly.

Great overall experience. Nike Golf Pique Polo had way better quality than I expected. Nice natural cotton to differentiate from the many cheap shirts that customers get.

CustomInk has an easy to use website, great customer service and fast.

I've used customink.com several times in the past and have always been more than pleased with the products, which is why I've kept returning. Unfortunately this time around the product did not turn out as planned and the shirts themselves were very poor quality. If the stitching choices that I picked were not possible or came out poorly after the first shirt I should have been informed of this before 35 more shirts were embroidered.

You guys Rock........from website to followthru. Very tight business model and touchpoints for customer all very well thought thru. Will definitely recommend and be using again. Your product will be seen thru our showcase for the next few weekends. We could not be more pleased.

Everything was excellent, especially the customer service - I was just slightly disappointed with the shirt itself but this may be due to may own perceptions when ordering.
