Everyone I worked with was more than helpful. I love the wide range of fonts and art that are available, and the flexiblity of the design. My only complaint would be that I wish you could order lower quantities of some of their products (i.e. mugs, glassware, etc.). I originally wanted mugs, but the minimum amount I could order was 72. But, as I said everyone was more than helpful and the overall experience was awesome.I asked UPS to hold the package for pick up and a CustomInk service rep called me to make sure that I did indeed ask them to do that, just to make sure nothing hinky was going on. In an age where customer service is pretty much non-existant, it's refreshing to work with a company that has so much personal interaction!

From start to finish I had a pleasant experience. Your team was efficient, on time and very professional. I especially appreciated the call. It is a rare thing these days to speak to a cust svc rep and especially one that speaks clearly. Even though I did not accept the first draft and it had to be retouched, my items were shipped on the first guaranteed delivery date.. that was an unexpected treat. There were a few designs that were denied due to possible copyright issues, but they seemed pretty modified from they're inspiration which was frustrating but our final results was good.
