Your web sight was relatively straight forward and the care and effort and care that was taken in the way the item was packaged to prevent breakage during delivery was excellent. However, I am not happy with the overall product I received. I feel like my design was modified and not printed as I originally ordered.

I can not brag enough on how incredible this company was. They literally saved my life! I had a company that totally messed up my order and couldn't guarantee the new order on time. Not only did Custom Ink talk me through the process, have me pre approve the artwork, and reduce my stress immediately, they reassured me that they could have the order to me, on time. I am so satisfied I am just tickled to death that are are still good companies with exceptional customer service out there. They have gained a lifetime customer by over exceeding my needs and expectations. Thank you!
