Customers who purchased the 1.5 oz. Tapered Glass had this to say:
McKinnis Consulting Services,
Customer service was great when I called but the size of the prints needs to be larger and more proportional to the glassware. We paid a lot of money to have the order expedited in time for an event but the actual product was not the same as the proof. I was a bit disappointed.

I am so glad I found this website. The shot glasses are gifts for the guests attending my husband's 50th Birthday Party. I am very pleased with everything and will definitely use CustomIze again. Thank you so much!
We previously ordered t shirts and after a few weeks some one finally noticed a slight error in our uploaded image that came out on the t shirts. When we reordered we asked to have that fixed and it was not an issue. Because of our great customer service the first time we order shot glasses with our reorder of shirts. They came out great. I don't see a reason why we would go anywhere else for our advertising needs.
I appreciated the personalized attention we received when working on our order, as well as the quality of the resulting product. I definitely look forward to working with CustomInk again in the future!

The customer service department at CustomInk is absolutely stellar. I give it 5 stars, my highest rating! There are three people, in particular, I wish to thank: Derrick, the first service rep who took my initial order and told me how the CustomInk process works. Silvio, who monitored the process and was in communication about the quality of the design with helpful suggestions. A special thanks to Sue (DeTar), who guided me thoughtfully and carefully through the options and process for a re-run of the entire project and who consulted with one of the graphic artists in order to meet specific requirements. I volunteered to handle this special project on behalf of a grieving family who had just lost a cherished husband, father, and grandfather. Captain Al Kralik was a WWII and Korean War veteran, and a retired pilot from American Airlines after 35+ years of service. He loved his family, flying, golf, tennis and a little single-malt scotch. Hence the shot glasses for his Celebration of Life service at the end of this month. Again, THANKS to all at CustomInk. Your sensitivity and professionalism are to be commended.
