The people that I talked with on the phone were VERY helpful! I wish that the managing group could have been a little more easy to understand- the managing link was hard to find, but once it was set up it was great. I just wish that individual checks could have been taken or people in the group could have ordered with a credit card online, but that's not too big of a deal.

The customer service was excellent and they were extremely helpful and kind. The artist did a great job replicating the logo. The shipment was rushed and came exactly on time. I am just very disappointed that the logo is fading after less than 2 weeks, especially for how expensive they were. My overall experience was good when dealing with the representatives and through the whole process, however I was not very pleased with the final products. I am unsure whether I would order from CustomInk again, I just was not able to leave the answer to that question blank.
