When I first called to ask questions about my order/design, a representative looked over the design while I was on the phone with her. She said everything looked great and didn't mention anything about using the ship name in our shirts. After I submitted the order, I received a link for tracking and was informed that someone would contact me if there were any issues. A few days later, I click on the link to check the status of the order. It showed that there was an issue and I needed to contact Custom Ink. If I hadn't checked, I would not have known that there was an issue since I didn't receive any notification that there was an issue. When I called, I was told that "Carnival" couldn't be printed on the shirt. I changed the wording and then the order proceeded a few days later. Once that was resolved, everything went quickly and I received the shirts in a timely manner. I have ordered from Custom Ink before and know that the service is better than what I experienced this time. I will probably order again but I won't rave about the service as much as I did after my first order. Overall, the service was good but would have appreciated notification of issues with my order. Everyone was very friendly.

Good experience overall. I unintentionally used a copyrighted image from Disney in my design, not knowing it would cause copyright issues. The custom ink rep reached out to me almost immediately and offered lots of options including a link to the legal department at Disney to see if we could get the image approved. I was impressed with her service overall.

This is my 2nd great experience with CustomInk. The customer service is outstanding. My rep helped me save almost $100 by combining my orders online which made me very happy. That said, it wasn't clear to me how to do that when I designed & ordered online. I designed one shirt, ordered, then proceeded to design a 2nd shirt and order (cart items), but I couldn't do that for some reason. Not sure if you design all first, then order/checkout? Anyway, my rep helped me solve that issue & saved me money too. Thank you!!!
