The staff was very knowledgeable about the product and what needed be done with the printing I requested. The follow up prior to the actual printing was great. I got to see the koozie before they were printed in case I wanted to change anything. After the koozies were shipped and received, Customink wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. Which I was, very much so. Thank you again.
