The customer service (including hand-holding through ordering and personal, caring follow-up) is what really sold me on Custom ink. Your products turned out top-notch, despite being nearly 3 times as expensive as competitor offerings, but the workmanship was entirely worth it. I used the online chat several times and the customer service was awesome. All my questions were answered. Also, each time the customer service person made me feel like I was important and that my order was too. I really appreciated that the service was so wonderful. The only downside we've encountered with customink.com is the incredible number of emails we've received asking us to buy more stuff with our design printed on them. One, maybe two emails I'd forgive, but we've gotten at least a dozen since we put in our order. That is way too many. Aside from the spam, our experience was good and the koozies turned out great!
