I actually prefer to call in and talk to a customer rep to place my order. This is my 3rd CustomInk order and placing the order over the phone is a great experience. You can't say that for 98% of companies. Staci was awesome to place order through and even saved us money by laying out the best shipping options. I wish CustomInk handled airline customer service.
