I think custom ink is a great company fast, efficient and helpful. But this was not a good experience with them and this order failed. I would really reconsider ordering again and make sure the details are much clearer than they were now.

Overall this was a great experience and my group was very satisfied with our order. We had three different t-shirts and one type of jacket. Everything came as expected without error on time. The only thing I would like to change is to be able to add multiple items to the online cart without using customer service. However, it ended up being beneficial for me to use that service as there were some errors that could be fixed for me prior to the order.

Having been frustrated with another company we usually use, I tried custom ink. It was fantastically easy to upload our design and try various combinations of ink and sweatshirt colours. Questions were promptly dealt with by customer service and one agent handled the entire order so I knew who I was talking to, either by phone or email.
