One area that should be improved in your order processing is the aggregation of order such as men's and ladies' order in the case of the fleece jackets. I had to do separate orders for the men's and ladies orders. I found that rather cumbersome, if not amatuerish, and annoying.
Now to be clear my overall experience was really fantastic but could be even better A to A+ (Great to WOW!).
