Customer service was excellent. Nice people to work with on the phone. Very helpful. They reassured me about centering and sizing of logos. Good quality hoodie, nice weight. Very happy the hoods did not cover the names & numbers printed on back,that was one of my concerns. Like the fact the numbers printed were like Jersey numbers, they look really good. I was able to place the order late on a Friday night. Was able to talk to customer service on Saturday & Sunday. Delivery came early. Most Importantly the Team loved the finished product! Would definitely order again.

I really enjoy working with you. Its always easy and the delivery is always timely. I am always impressed!

Everyone at Custom Ink was great! This was an international order for a group going to Brazil in July 2013 and the Gildan Zip hoodies ordered will keep us warm during the nights while we are outside. Each associate we spoke to was willing to help us, the website kept us up to date on the status of our order and now after sale care is just as great. Thanks! Employees of Royal Caribbean Productions order from custom ink all the time and I have never had, or heard of anyone having a bad experience, the service is always exceptional and the product is always better than our expectations!

The t-shirts came back awesome ! Exactly as I expected them to be. Its worth it to put a little extra into what we do. The sweats fantastic. The members on my crew are very pleased. You guys are the best! In comparison to local shops its a bit more but totally worth it. You get what you pay for and so much more. Your quality is unmatched and the customer service is some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of receiving.
