Go nowhere else, they have nailed customer satisfaction to say the least, they make shopping with them a pleasure and the meet or exceed all promises they make. If I had to do an order all over again, I would start with calling for help on my order. The representative was so helpful and informative on ways to maximize my costs and order the proper number (I had a relatively small order overall). The worst part of my experience was with UPS for delivery. My 24-pound box (one of three) was misdelivered on Wednesday, 12/11 to a random address in my same city. They agreed to pick up and redeliver to me the next day. This promise went on for an additional two days without a delivery, then came the weekend. They would not allow me to go pick up the box. The box finally arrived on Monday, 12/16 forcing me to pay Priority Mail for all my customers to ship. Quite an expense for me. I have complained to UPS so I hope you voice my concerns as well.

easiest ordering...my 12 year old actually designed the pants, navigated the website and I, of course, only provided my credit card info, to finish the processing. It came sooner than anticipated and the team loved them!

Last year I ordered shirts from custom ink and they were delivered with a few faults in the printing. We had to send a few back and they were printed wrong again. The third time was fine but it was a huge hassle and very stressful. Then. They gave us a fifty dollar voucher to use. So I used it this year and the products came perfectly printed and there were no problems. Just make sure to check your order. Their customer service is great though.
