This was my 1st time and I am very happy and impressed. I had a little trouble placing my order on the website because I wanted two different style shirts ( one for men , one for women) and it wouldn't let me order both. However the customer service from both representatives I spoke with on the phone was wonderful! Very helpful, happy people, not crabby or, matter of fact like so many other customer service phone operators. I will definitely be ordering from you again soon!

The product was great. However, the experience of ordering and follow-up was sub par relative to all previous orders we've placed with custom ink. Our sizing increments were wrong, female shirt style was wrong and size of men's front logo was wrong and different then what we agreed upon when we placed our order on the phone. We then resolved the issues and from Thursday approval to next Tuesday could not get our sample tees printed on time. We didn't receive our samples in advance as to not miss the whole deadline. I had to call custom ink to discover this after over 2 hours already on the phone with them the previous week. From Thursday to Tuesday I asked if I could add one (1) XXXL to the order for one of our staff members and they said no despite the fact that no printing had even been done not even on the samples. We usually get the impression that custom ink goes over and above on customer service and this time it felt like we were being a nuisance to get our order correct and on time aside from a friendly hello and good bye on the phone. I'm really not pleased and am considering shopping our printing business after 5 years unless we receive a credit of some kind for the trouble and tremendous stress this caused me as an event planner.
