Where Can I start.. Well I must Start off saying Customink is Truly an Amazing Company I had a very important meeting that was Last minute and I needed Quality T-shirts for my upcoming Promotional Program. Although my request seemed last Minute and uncertain, I decided to go with Customink. When The Representative Picked up the phone on the other end..all my worries seemed to diminish. The Represenative had such calming and reassuring voice presence & spoke to the unsettledness of my anxiety. After talking for a few moments I realized My order would be handled with great attention to detail and very responsibly. The Rep, who I thought was the owner of the company because of his conversational demeanor..followed up with a call letting me know that my Shipment was completed and on its Way ( the same Day!! ) Of course I offered to write this Long review, not because they asked but I felt Obligated because of the Superb!!! Yes Superb!! Customer Service and attention to detail that Customink Displayed towards me and my order. I Have never had such a calming experience and excitement to give my hard earned money away. This day was my exception. and I am Very Very Glad I did. My Order Came ontime and was "As Described" and Packaged very professionally. Custom ink always delivers. This is my third product order and they sell very well every time. My only knock would be that customer service could be a bit more involved on a personal side...not just over the net online. A phone call or direct contact.

This was a re-order of a previous order. Placed the order online specifying the same item in two different color fabrics. Received an electronic proof a week or so later. I approved it and received the final order days later. Very quick and efficient ordering and fulfillment process. Would love to have more fabric colors to choose from in the future, but other than that I'm very happy with the customer experience.
