Overall great, however too much back/forth with printing approval. Seems to be disconnect on placement of logo which took too long to confirm causing shipping charges where this was an incentive for me to choose this company.

It was a pleasure to work with the helpful and speedy team at CustomInk. The website is easy to navigate and understand. Once I placed the order, the customer service representatives that I corresponded with via e-mail and phone, Paige and Josh, were very helpful in finalizing a design and working with our school to get approval on the warm-up. CustomInk was great at communicating with us every step of the process, and we were pleased with their constant updates on our order. However, once the package arrived, we had a few disappointments. Our goal with this order was to provide our teammates with an economical warm-up for our volleyball tournaments. We were aiming for a long sleeve, loose-fitting, dri-fit material warm up, and of course something we looked snazzy in! The shirts we received were not the material we were expecting... and we take credit for this error. Somehow, we chose the canvas t-shirt, when we originally designed the Badger B-Dry Long Sleeve Performance Shirt. I think our error occurred when we had to re-design our warm up due to OSU's disapproval of our design, we must have chosen the wrong shirt along this step. This is not a criticism of CustomInk, because we were sent an approval e-mail that contained this info-- and we approved without looking at the shirt type! So we are a little disappointed with this error. The second problem we had was with the red color we chose. The color that was shown online looked like a vibrant red color, and that is exactly what we wanted. It was labeled red/orange, but didn't look orange in the proof, just a bright red. Now that we have our shirts, the color is a bit more orange-y than we expected. We considered re-ordering the warm-up and getting the Bagder shirt and scarlet color, but we are working with a tight budget and have decided not to go that route. Overall, we are very pleased with the CustomInk website and will continue to use it in the future. Good t-shirt and warm-up designs help us excite our teammates about our club and take pride in being a member of it! We take our apparel designing very seriously! We take credit for our error in t-shirt selection, and learned not to use the red/orange color. Thank you for service!
