The website made it so easy to create just what I wanted. After I gave my final approval, I had 1 more change request so I called, and the customer service was excellent. They changed my order with no hassle at all. We received our order before the requested deadline and they look fantastic!

Great product! Customer service was excellent.

CustomInk is very easy to use, reliable and distributes a great end product.

Customer service was great. Being able to design the koozie on my laptop - by myself - playing with different color schemes, different products, different designs - was fun and also one of the primary reasons I originally chose to use CustomInk. However after dealing with you guys and receiving the product, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and am very very glad I chose CustomInk. Not only was the price extremely competitive, the product was great and the customer service was just as great. Good job!!!

Experience with CustomInk was very good, they kept me updated with every step of the progress as the order was designed, completed and shipped. Turn around time was quick, product was well designed, very happy with the overall product and service. A little disappointed with the Color chart is a little deceiving but we will make it work.

I loved everything about my experience with CustomInk. Designing my koozie with my own pics/images was awesome. CustomInk does not limit you to the number of pics/images as long as it fits it prints. CustomInk customer service was very attentive to my questions and my koozies were delivered on the day promised. Most of all they support veterans! God Bless America!

I am so happy with the work you do and the dependability of on-time delivery! you folks ROCK!! My only concern is that in future orders, we may want to add the current "year" or words like "second edition, third edition" if possible...just a thought
