Customer service on the phone is sometimes a 10, and other times it feels like the person isn't really listening to me and trying to actually help me with my problem. Generally though they are pretty good with customer service.

The only concern I had was when I received the email with my proofs, there was an extra quantity listed as a backup if something didn't work out. When I received my items the PAD quantity was crossed off and I only received the original amount I ordered, but I had been counting on that extra to meet quantity needs I had. I wish I had gotten an email or some sort of update that this extra item would no longer be a part of my order.

When creating our hats the web design didn't have the ability for me to make exactly what we wanted. However I called and talked with Jared. He was great! Able to tell me exactly what is offered and condense the text size on different lines that I couldn't do from the web site. Only thing I would have liked more was to be able to have two color tones for text/images.
