Customer service and printing time was great however the product itself was rather disappointing. The screen print looks nothing like the proof given. I understand that it was a lighter color print on a darker background but I wished someone expressed that to us, we could have provided a logo with a white background to help highlight the color. The yellow in our logo turned almost brown. I am happy to provide a picture.

This was the most effortless printing process I've ever experienced.We got exactly what we wanted. Would love to see more variety of products but it works for now! We had updates all along the way and shipment arrived quicker than expected and packaged neatly and tightly. Thanks!

The umbrellas were really nice. Unfortunately we ran out. When we tried to order a few more, we were told we would have to older at least 36!! Someone from the party just called to ask where we got the umbrellas. Unfortunately, due to my disappointment with the reorder rules, I will not recommend CustomInk. I'll find another company with more reasonable terms.
