I ordered about 50 umbrellas to be made for our sorority and needed to get them shipped express. Not long after I placed the order, a woman who worked for Custom Ink called me so that I could verify my order, and they could get to work on them immediately. I also received the umbrellas 2 days early. The umbrellas are also a lot nicer when you get them than how they appear on the website. Overall, a great experience, and all 50 girls were thrilled with the umbrellas.
