The overall experience was great! However, I would like to note that I feel it is best to work with one customer service representative. Each time I contact Custom Ink I received a different CSR. This becomes time consuming to explain to each CSR over and over the specifics of the order. Although, I must also note that every CSR was extremely pleasant and easy to work with!!! Therefore, I had to rate my overall experience as great! No worries, I will definitely order from CustomInk again!
My overall feeling is that this was a good experience but not exceptional. How we handle the additional order would determine if it is exceptional. However, I am very grateful with the donation they made towards the charity I am working with.
Overall experience was fabulous, brilliant, super-fantastic. From Trish our t-shirt ambassador who took our order by phone at 11 pm, to production who called to let me know the proof had been emailed for approval and could I please take a look at it as soon as possible, to a gentleman who called a final time to confirm that I wanted different ink colors indicated on different shirts. I have already recommended your company to my friend who is organizing a charity walk and needs shirts too. And delivered on the day promised, exactly 2 weeks from ordering.

I loved the service I recieved when I placed my order over the phone. The rep was helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. I also loved how quickly I recieved my order. The only downside I had was the color of the print was not the color I thought it was going to be. It appeared on my screen more blue but when it arrived it was more on the green side. Other than that small disappointment, I was pleased!!

First step, I was blown away by the ease of using your website. I was able to upload my own image and add custom text from your choices so readily. Second step, your artists did an outstanding job of cleaning up the artwork, which was not the best quality, and overall, just centering the image and fixing fonts. Third step, the responsiveness of your customer services staff was great. I spoke to them by phone and email. They were most helpful and always courteous. Fourth step, the Tshirts arrived. The reps I worked with on my shirts were very friendly and knowledgeable - gave me some good tips on logo color and were very interested in the mountain bike/mountain unicycle club we had created. In general, I'm happy with the shirts. I will say it took quite awhile and many samples to get there. But to the credit of the customink customer service people, they stuck to it until it was right. Their whole customer service department seems incredibly on top of things and very prompt in their following up on shipments. Literally I'd get a call from them within moments of when I signed for a shipment. I DO wish they'd have suggested double printing much earlier in the process though as I think we could have avoid a few steps, plus it would be great if they could have recommended going with a lighter grey to start with, rather than having that direction come from me. They did try to problem solve be we probably should have tried another ink far sooner.
