Have ordered several times from Custom Ink, and will continue to do so. This last time there were a few more bumps along the way, and it it took a bit more of my time than normal to get the order finalized. We were trying to combine two separate products that used the same screen print, so I wasn't able to finish up my order online. As a result, somewhere along the way, the wrong color design got used, and it also got pushed to production even though I hadn't approved the proof that was sent. A helpful and friendly rep did help me get it all sorted out with a phone call though. There was also come confusion with my quotes this time as well. Everyone throughout the process was very helpful and friendly.

This is our second year using CustomInk for our camp t-shirts and we love them. We pay a little bit more than using someone locally but it is well worth the price!

I tried the on-line ordering this year and found it to be incredibly easy and quick to set up (loved your suggestions for wording) and I had a much quicker response from parents than when I sent home flyers last year. This was a FANTASTIC improvement for me. In fact, some of our parents responded within 4 minutes of getting the email - crazy fast! You made me feel very tech savvy, which I am not at all. Delivery was on-time, so appreciated that. Fabulous Customer Service: everyone I spoke to was 100% gracious, up-beat, courteous, helpful, and responsive. Thank you! Lesson learned for me... I will order extra t-shirts next year because I had 3-4 late responders which meant scrambling to change my order.
