I tried doing an online chat and was told that it was down and that I should send my question in an email which would be responded by shortly. I never got an email from them. So when I went on about a week later and tried again it worked. The lady I talked to when I placed my order was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated her help when placing my order

i honeslty didnt think i would have been so happy with the service and the products i bought when i saw this comercial on tv, but when i talked to customer service over the phone they were wonderful. Each one of them i talked to because i called alot with different questions everytime. :) And the online service was super easy to create my own design.
