I felt the website was very user friendly up to a point. The fact that there was no "cart" and no way to go back to saved designs without entering my email address was cumbersome. I called the customer service number to help complete my transaction ( I wanted the same design on multiple items) The rep was extremely helpful, offered positive suggestion and completed the sale with me. Order shipped quickly and the product was as expected. Thank you!

Overall it was favorable. We had a little discrepancy with pricing. Once I placed the order the price went up on some items unexpectly, but my rep worked hard to get it right. The quality of the shirts and the imprint was very good. Just wish you had promotional products pricing, and could ship blind to my customer.
