I was pleased with the communications in both email and phone I received to make sure our order was ok. I was not pleased to catch that on the online tracking system for my order not progressing as it should and called to find out there was a glitch in the system and my time sensitive order was not on schedule as planned. I am happy that the problem was fixed and I did receive my order on Monday 29th as planned. But it concerns me that I was the one that caught the glitch.

Overall CustomInk was a great choice for my companies shirts! They were a little bit pricey but hopefully the quality of the shirts will hold up. I would definitely order from them again.
