The shirts were adorable and the kids looked fabulous in them. Everyone stopped us and asked where we had gotten them made, which I told them. This is our first order with Custom Ink and all I can say is WOW!! Everything was SO easy and our shirts turned out so well. The design was clear and crisp, the shirt quality great. CANNOT say thank you enough for doing such great work at a great price!!
I was honestly incredibly impressed - blown away! - by the Customer Service I received for my order. It was a relatively small order - 30 T-shirts for a family reunion - but I felt like a VIP. I think I spoke with 4 or 5 different people throughout the process, from initial questions to package tracking, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm really surprised by the level of professionalism that carried through every aspect of this company. And my family LOVED the T-shirts for our reunion! They were delivered the exact day and location I requested - everything was perfect. I will recommend this company to anyone needing to screen print anything!
I received superior customer service at every step of the way from providing me with sizes of a previous order placed by my nephew, taking an old design and updating it (twice to make sure it would fit on all sizes I wanted for the "adult" order), to keeping me advised of the progress on the orders. I was amazed to get both orders by the promised date. They're wonderful!
This was a fantastic experience. Julia, the person with whom I worked on the screen-printing and sizing of the image, was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient - and obviously knew what she was doing. She gave me advice but was not pushy about it. It was just all-around great to work with her! I also thought the website was really easy to navigate, and was impressed with the range of products available. I was working as a volunteer for my son's preschool, and didn't have a lot of time - I was so impressed with how quickly CustomInk was able to turn around the order in time for our event! Overall, great customer service, great end product. I'm definitely going to come back to CustomInk in the future, for t-shirts but also all the other cool stuff!!

This was the best experience I've had in trying to get shirts made for a cause very dear to my family. When I had contacted local places the people seemed very cold and uninterested in my business. But when I called and spoke to the representatives from CustomInk I really felt that they cared about me as a customer not just the money they were getting. Everyone was wonderful and I have been telling everyone I know that if they need shirts made this is the place to get them. The shirts are great quality and the customer service was beyond exceptional!! Thank you so much for your dedication to pleasing your customers, it is greatly appreciated!
I was worried that the printing (names and numbers) would not be on the front, so after I submitted my order, I called customer service. I spoke with a young man who's name I'm sure started with an H and I think had a Z in it. He was excellent. We started the whole order over because I had chosen a color that did not show infant sizes. He told me about the weekly photo contest and even allowed me to add another shirt from my original order. He made my whole experience pleasant and satisfactory. Here's my reason for the lower marking in the website. I hunted for smaller sizes and wouldn't have known about them without your agent's help. I think it's there somewhere but I had trouble finding it.
