Excellent experience. I was in charge of a group order, and the gentleman who helped me place the order was excellent. I chose a cheap shirt by default, and he helped me get a better quality shirt within my price range. I will always use this company for all my tshirt needs. Also, the lady who worked on the shirt (Ashley) was excellent as well. There was an issue with the print I chose and she happily worked with me to get an alternate option. She was always so polite and sounded happy to hear from me even though I was stressed over the issue. She made the changes seem less and I was happy to have her assigned to my order. She made me feel like I was placing an order worth thousands of dollars. It's nice that even the small order get treated with the same importance as the big ones. Keep up the great work! Your staff is great! Please give them the high five they deserve!

This was to have been a surprise (Christmas) for the BHS owner, my son, Chris Boyles! Your telephone rep's got it COMPLETELY confused and gave away the surprise, by sending the proof e-mail to him, and not to me, as directed. I indicated that ALL communication (& purchase) was through me only, but they asked if they should send order to Chris (NO!) and then charge him! (NO!) Then, they thought it was someone else's order! Yikes! Sooooo, I was FINALLY able to get it all straight & was "compensated" with $100. off the price.
