I could not afford another delay or the shirts would not arrive in time for our Earth Day celebration. Then I got the design for approval. I was SHOCKED. It was so completely different from colors in the original art. The yellow was florescent, the black was brown and the blue was ORANGE. The blue border on the art was one of the major reason we had chosen the color t shirts we did. It looked like someone who was color blind had put it together. I was fine with the simplifying of the complex design but the colors were nuts. Luckily, when I called to report this, the person assisting me ( I do not have her name) was able to make the changes with me on the phone and the final result was very pleasing. The reason I am writing is just to let you know it was very stressful dealing with all these small issues. We started the process very early but because of all the glitches, ending up ordering and receiving the shirts at the last minute.

I was very pleased with the total outcome of my order. The only thing I would suggest is the sizing seems to run small. I had to reorder two of the t-shirts as they were too small. Service was exceptional and the staff very helpful in both instances.

The customer service made me feel very comfortable and confident in my order. They were very knowledgable and helpful. My largest complaint is that there are many products which I would like to order only 1 or 2 of and there is a minimum requirement much greater than that. That is probably the only reason I might order similar merchandise from another company. For example, I tried to find a custom hat to match, but only wanted 1.
