I chose CustomInk because of how their sizing charts work. The shirts I ordered are for a family reunion, and we have pretty much every body type you can think of, from short-and-fat to tall-and-skinny. So the pictures of actual people wearing the shirt allowed my family members to make an educated decision on their shirt style preference and have less surprises when they get their shirts at the reunion. The customer service reps were very easy to work with as well -- easy to see that the incentives are around providing good service rather than on sales.

CustomInk has provided me with the best possible customer service experience ever. Both Ana and Gwen were extremely friendly and helpful. They understood the urgency of my order, helped me with my design and made sure I had my shorts on time when I needed them. I am recommending CustomInk to everyone I know that may need a custom shirt design. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Overall had an excellent experience. About a week after we placed our order we realized we needed another shirt that we didn't order. Customink took great care of us and got us the shirt with the rest of the order. We really appreciate it.

Anytime we are looking to create any kind of custom clothing we are going straight to CustomInk from now on.
