Amazing service, very top-notch quality product. While more expensive than other retailers, the quality is totally worth it. I was nervous about the color of the t-shirt and the placement of the logos but the customer service team assured me that everything looked great. I loved that because I had a large order I was sent a physical proof to view first. My staff is thrilled and won't stop wearing them! I hope they've washed them at least.... :-)

I was impressed with every step of working with CustomInk except for their design team's work... More on that in a bit. Their prices are great, the printing looks awesome, and the customer service blew my mind! It made me feel all funny inside like I had just eaten butterflies and rainbows and unicorns all wrapped up in a burrito. It was that good! Except... I'm not sure why, but the design team "redesigned" my uploaded artwork which was already print ready and the exact print size I wanted. They spent a lot of time redoing it too: re-drew an image, changed fonts, changed weight of the text... Too bad I didn't want it changed. Maybe I miscommunicated my desires, or failed to say it was print ready. I don't know. It took three tries, but they finally changed it all back to the way I had it originally and everything went well from then on. It was a pain in my rear, but I'll bet it was an honest mistake and they fixed the problem without debate. The only consequence was a delay in printing and some of my time wasted.
