The website is easy to use. I was impressed by how quickly the shirts arrived and my soccer team thought they were great!

Aside from the horrible print job in this round, custom ink has amazing customer service - especially helpful agents over the phone for all of the orders. Website easy to use.

I was so impressed with our t-shirts. I ordered them for my floor in residence and everyone loves them. The website was very easy to navigate. I used the online chat tool twice and found it extremely helpful. Maybe include an approximate price online for sleeveprints because my quote changed dramatically when they factored that in on the phone when I ordered. I know it's a little thing, but I also really liked the packaging when it came in the mail. Thank you for making clothing orders fun instead of stressful.

I was highly impresses with CustomInk right from the get-go. Nicole was incredibly helpful and quick to be in touch via phone when changes had to be made. My package arrived on the date you promised and the product is great (can't wait to show them to all the girls). I will use CustomInk in the future and I would also highly recommend it to others.

I contacted Customer Service to obtain a few larger shirts after I received my initial order. The Customer Service lady (Melissa) was terrific to deal with. She gave me terrific news and dealt with me great! She let me order 5 more shirts in the men's sizing to compensate for the small shirts in the women's. I must say that you guys at Custom Ink are very helpful and things worked out great! I would most certainly recommend your company.! Thanks again Melissa!

I first ordered at CustomInk last March, just a single shirt as a birthday gift. The delivery got delayed in the customs so it wasn't able to arrive in time for the party. The good thing was they credited back the amount, I was hesitant to make a bulk order after that experience but they assured me it will arrive on time as bulk orders as processed here in Canada thus would not cause problems in delivery. I want to give praise to your company for a great customer service. The best I would say I had so far. The order really did arrive on time. The only thing I wasn't happy with is that the green shade didn't follow what was on our design, the actual was way too dark against the brown shirt. Yet that would not hinder me to make another order to your company. That one failure overpassed the rest of the good services I had. Thank you CustomInk. :)

Great, I only wish it had been clearer which items could and could not ship to Canada (or if my Canadian IP had been automatically redirected to the correct stock options).
