For a business which communicates to customers completely over the internet and the phone, Customink was surprisingly brilliant and extremely helpful. They usually respond to emails in the same day and the service reps are extremely helpful over the phone! They made any and all changes that were requested (even after the order was placed). However, I don't know why the design that was submitted had to be reviewed/altered since, 4-5 proofs later and a number of rejections, it turned out the same anyways. Nonetheless, Customink was brilliant and very helpful!

I had to talk to many different people about my order, about 5 different people regarding just one order. Whenever I tried to talk to someone that I had talked to previously, they were busy and could not take my call. This led to many actions being repeated by the new sales associate I was talking to as they did not know exactly where the other person left off. This was a lot of time wasted for me and the sales associates.
