The customer service was outstanding and I love that the box arrived the day they said it would. The T-shirts are nice and I like the colours. My only issue is with the quality of the print. The picture isn't as clear as I would've liked. But overall, I'm happy with the product and the service. Thanks!

I have worked with CustomInk for many years and it's always been over the top amazing and fast. So it was a disappointment this year to experience the long delays it took to receive our shirts. At this time, I am still waiting for my order, which should have been here last week. We are a few days away from the festival date and I am concerned it will not make it in time. Also sadly I have experienced some frustrations with the exchange rate, we are paying over $1500 just because the Canadian dollar is so low right now. It would be nice if CustomInk.ca would actually charge in CAD. And lastly, I was sadden to learn that items that were available to me last year (American Apparel 50\50 neon) was not available this year. We were looking at ordering the neon blue color for our festival, we had no issues ordering the neon green last year... Then we started designing baseball hats, and after a long time spent designing the perfect hat we learned these were not available in Canada. Thats as we are trying to order hundreds of them. So it has been a bizarre and stressful experience this year. Otherwise the service has been very good, I understand these are circumstances that are beyond what the staff could do. So thanks for all your help.

My order was delayed a week, and I was only notified the night before the "promised" date for delivery at 7pm. Customer service didn't really give me a stisfying response on why it was delayed, nor a reasonable answer on why they only found out about the delay the night before it was supposed to be at my door. I only got a $25 coupon for the next purchase, so that's a bit of a slap in the face because they assume I'll be returning after this poor service. I was also short-shipped two shirts on my order, and I'm not even going to bother with this company any more. What a waste of time and money dealing with them. I would not recommend them.

The ability to send a mesage to the members of the group and collect their information through the site made ordering very easy.
