The online design component was very important to me. I looked at several different websites, but kept coming back. I used the live chat a couple times while working on my order, and was impressed! Very friendly, and obviously NOT following a script. A real person! (Not one of those cardboard cut-out varieties that seem to be floating around these days...) The product itself turned out great. This is the first time I've ever ordered t-shirts, so I was nervous and excited. You guys did a great job!
